Showed up to pickup a prescription for my mother who is having a procedure tomorrow. They had a prescription and I asked is this to help calm her nerves. They said it had a sleep additive, so probably. I paid $85 and it was not even a medicine that she takes, much less the one I was looking for. And no refund!!

CVS has the best loyalty program ever. I love this store and always go here to get certain things. I also never pay full price with Carepass.

New hours for the pharmacy are horrible. Im busy all the time and only available to pick it up later on at night. Ill go to a diffrent pharmacy cause im done dealing with these shitty hours

CVS is my go to for essentials for our family. Great coupon deals! The staff is excellent, courteous, helpful and upbeat. Sunday’s are the best day for couponers or early Monday mornings. Always a good experience!

Hands-down the absolute worst pharmacy, due primarily to the horrendous customer service from the male pharmacist. He seems to be annoyed by people. Whenever I have a question about my medicine he is condescending and unfriendly. I understand that demand is high, but the people coming to your store are experiencing some sort of medical issue and need human compassion and empathy. Insurance companies are pushing hard to use mail-in pharmacy, but I like to support our local businesses...but done with this place...and CVS quite frankly.

Terrible service if they are even open at all. Nobody works the front counter so you stand there while they pretend to not see you. Call off the hook to tell me prescriptions are ready but then add new prescriptions and they don't fill them and don't bother to tell you why. My doc told me he highly suggested me changing pharmacies and so I will.

Everytime I go to pick up meds they can not find them. So many working back there but always wait for help. Usually can't get one filled while waiting. Most of staff unhappy and show it. Will move my plan as soon as I can!

On February 12th my son was released from the hospital with prescriptions called in from the hospital earlier that day. There were at least 7 people waiting for their prescriptions and others walked in, saw the line and left. My son is a Veteran and the pharmacy tech was so rude to him and told him he'd just have to pay for his prescriptions because she didn't know how to process his insurance and didn't have time to figure it out. The other techs were busy but were so busy complainting about how busy they were that the pharmacist actually told them to just do their jobs and get the work done. We changed pharmacies.
