I called from Kansas City to get flowers for a funeral in Sebring. I explained that I wanted higher end flowers because it is for my Aunt. I ordered on Monday for the Friday service. So there was plenty of time to text me a photo or even post the finished product on your Google page, neither did I receive a receipt. So, I have no idea what I bought.If someone tells you they aren't local, you need to provide these simple things.When I called Debbie seemed like she wanted to not talk to me. It seemed very odd.Thank you for making an arrangement for me but I won't use this place again.

I recently ordered a Funeral Arrangement. It was delivered and it was everything that I had requested and then some. It was absolutely breathtaking. The folks at Joy's are friendly, responsive and attentive. You can't go wrong ordering your flowers from them.

I ordered a floral arrangement for a birthday celebration that I was not able to attend. I appreciated receiving an email from the florist when it was delivered. I did not see the final arrangement but was told by an attendee that it was very nice. I was happy to find this shop through Google maps, as I am out of state and not familiar with the area.

My partner has purchased flowers from many different florists in this area, and my experience with Joy's was definitely the best. Even with the small hiccup in picking up. Even being swamped because of Valentine's Day they were able to correct the mistake in a timely manner, and even gave me some extra chocolates. (Which are absolutely scrumptious!) Flower quality is lovely, and I know when my Lily's open tomorrow this piece will be even more stunning than it already is. The carnations I got for my mom were also gorgeous!I would recommend Joy's to any of my friends.

I have ordered from Joy’s Flower Shop several times; I was so pleased with my first order several months ago and have continued to grow fonder of the shop with each order. They are quick to communicate when something can’t be identical to its description based on product availability, and have always done an excellent job with substitutions. Orders are always delivered on time. I find the product they produce to be superior to that of other florists in the area. I cannot recommend Joy’s Flower Shop highly enough.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to my Nana. There was great communication at each step of the process and the delivery went smoothly. The arrangement itself looked absolutely beautiful.

I ordered flowers and they were delivered only a few hours later. I also made my order online, which was easy and convenient. After ordering I realized I made a mistake. I called and they quickly fixed my error. The customer service was excellent and I know where I will be ordering my flowers from moving forward!
