I never thought I'd love going to a gym. But I love going to THIS gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and experienced. They help me scale the workouts as needed so that I can continue to show up week after week. From Day 1, I felt welcomed and capable- even though I was a beginner. I've been going for 5 years now and I can't imagine my life without this group of people and this gym.

Stop by three different times during Scheduled hours online to schedule for membership. Nobody was Available at location all three times. Only can book online for personal training group classes very inconvenient

The usual very friendly atmosphere excellent excellent help if you need it and a great place to get organic Concoctions made by Nina and Kate.. Very very high quality and very good stuff. Is Landon runs a very good ship

I’m by no means the fastest or the best athlete. But I do enjoy working out especially at Built By Unity in Bellville. Landon is a great coach and the people I workout with are awesome and supportive.

A place I call home. Everyone is very friendly, supportive and encouraging. The coaching is top notch. Equipment great. Variety of classes are supurb. Wonder place to bring the entire family. I would encourage you to come to atleast one class.
