The apartment was not cleaned properly it was nasty. When I addressed this issue with management all they said sorry. Management is very rude, nasty and not very helpful. The apartment are not up to code and they want to do nothing about fixing it either. My shower is cracked and again nothing has been done.

Again if it could be 0 it would be, literally mold in the walls water heaters that are decades old, outdated electric for skyrocketing electric bills and constantly rising rental costs, plus the management isn't even mentally stable enough to handle the place, the gutters never get cleaned the appartment reset is lazy and done by the last tenant, and the maintenance is literally doing crack in the cars of the parking lot.

If I could give a zero star I would. Don’t rent here ever. This is a terrible place to live, the management is horrible. The apartment is literally falling apart, and management is horrible. They don’t allow you to back up into your parking spot, your not allowed to put stuff on you balcony, the place isn’t even up to code. They never fix anything. And I signed a year contract May 2020 and I renewed it May 2021 for month to month. They said that that was an option after the year lease so I told them repeatedly that I wanted that. Well I went to put in my thirty day notice and they said that I would be breaking the year contract. When I told them that we agreed to a month to month they acted like I was crazy. Now I’m stuck paying way to much on a to small apartment for another year.

Best for a single guy, expensive for what it is, and expect a $230 electric bill during the winter to keep the place at 60 degrees
