“I had my first service performed here today! I got the rust protection on my car using fluid film. Including today I talked to Wes on 3 different occasions about the project. The first occasion was getting a quote, the second time was scheduling the appointment and the final was today when I picked up the car! Wes was very helpful from beginning to end explaining how the process works before the appointment. Updating me on the status of the car and explaining to me afterwards steps I can take to preserve the coating and explaining what he did along the way! Wes did a excellent job he is very detailed and passionate about what he does. I will definitely come back next fall and have my car rust proofed again! If your looking to have your car rust proofed call the Bellville location select line 4 and ask for Wes great job Wes!”

“This repair shop always does a great job and they are looking out for me. Everything they fix stays fixed. They always present my options. They are booked out a bit but deliver when promised. Oil change and new fuel pump this time on my 2001 GMC Sierra. In the past they replaced a cracked head on my 2013 Chevy Volt for a couple hundred bucks and a new transmission on my 2016 Acadia. Fair prices and no surprises. The new parking lot is beautiful!”

“Tim is outstanding! He never does unnecessary service and always calls if he finds a problem that needs fixed, asking for customer approval before doing it. We took our 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change and Tim noticed a major problem with our engine (It needed replaced.) It was still under warranty (barely), after after a brief fight with Hyundai, we got a new engine. Without Tim's expertise, the warranty would have expired and we would have been out thousands of dollars for a new motor. Thanks Tim!”

When I popped in at Integrity, I had only asked for air, but the owner went the extra mile...saying "let's find out where this leak is coming from!" He quickly found the leak and repaired by tire in under 20 minutes! Very polite and prompt service, I will be using them in the near future! Topped it off with a car wash, which also was excellent!”
