I hit a deer recently and we took our Honda CR-V to them. Everyone was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. They kept us up on all aspects of our repairs, did absolutely EXCEPTIONAL work, and had everything completed in a matter of a few DAYS, far quicker than we expected. They kept in touch with our insurance, and rental car agency, and literally made the entire experience as effortless as possible. I can’t say enough about how far above and beyond our expectations they were. I wouldn’t hesitate to, highly recommend them, and will not consider going anywhere else if we ever need work done again.”

“I took our 2011 hhr to check out the brakes, as they were the original set. They removed the wheels and drums and provided photos of them as part of the inspection. Turns out I didn't need to replace them. They didn't just change them and take advantage of me. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I will be going back for any service I need in the future.”

This might be strange to say, but I'm honestly grateful that I can take my Mini Cooper here and I don't have to worry about crazy high labor times or the mistake/misunderstandings I've had everywhere else. Other places have botched oil changes and then mistook that spilled oil for an engine leak. But when I came to the clinic saying I had a leak, they found the "cause" and cleaned the whole thing up super cheep.”

“I cannot praise this team enough. I was driving from Cincinnati to Akron when suddenly smoke started coming out from under my hood about a mile south of the Mansfield exit coming north on 271. I limped the car slowly to the Walmart just off the exit.. they weren’t able to look at it, but there was a kind stranger there that directed me to B&B. I slowly but surely got the car the 5 miles over to them and I am so very grateful I did.I have never felt more cared for in a shop. From the minute I walked in and greeted by Bob I felt I was in a clean and safe environment, and they were going to figure out what happened. Matt asked me lots of questions, and Rob got to work on figuring it out. Nearest we could figure was the oil was overfilled and blew out on the engine causing all the smoke. They cleaned up the mess in my engine, and got me back on my way.I will be forever grateful for their kindness, and HIGHLY recommend the shop. Honest and kind people. “I had my Denali not even 30 days and blew the up pipes ive heard nothing but good about Dakota so I decided to haul it down he had the truck in the shop the next morning and i told him i needed it by a certain date and after all the hiccups extra labor and headaches the truck was done a week before i needed it i was very impressed with the work and unlike most shops my truck come back clean and no greasy hand prints all over my hood or interior very very very pleased and happy with their work definitely the best around and unbeatable prices!!!!!”
“I've had a slow leak in my tire for months and kept having air put in. When I popped in at Integrity, I had only asked for air, but the owner went the extra mile...saying "let's find out where this leak is coming from!" He quickly found the leak and repaired by tire in under 20 minutes! Very polite and prompt service, I will be using them in the near future! Topped it off with a car wash, which also was excellent!”

What can be said of Mike?
So many things... All positive of course. In fact I can't think of a single negative thing this man has ever done. He's amazing.
When I think of being Christ like, this dedicated Christian, husband, father and friend truly has no equal.
His actions would never damage these relationships in any way. Anything like that would absolutely have to be someone else's fault and responsibility. Definitely not caused by his (and only his) own actions.
I cannot think of one example of him selling a vehicle to a friend, knowing that the vehicle was going to be driven by an inexperienced 16 year old driver. While also knowing for a fact that the vehicle had a rotted out subframe. Making the vehicle unsafe for even an experienced driver.
There would also never be a time when his best friend is helping him remodel a condo in New York and after being told that his secret of infidelity and substance abuse was going to be exposed he would never call his best friends 70 year old mother at 3:00 in the morning and scare her to death. Telling her that her son is having a bipolar manic episode. While 700 miles away from home. No one would ever do something like that to cover up a deep, dark secret or two. Especially not Mike. Then on top of that. He would never abandon that best friend in New York. Not pay him the over 2,000 dollars that he owes him and on top of that require him to purchase a $700 Rental car to get home. Things like that just NEVER happen, right? I'm so glad Mike has such a solid Christian moral compass and to do such things would just not be possible with him. The community is truly blessed to have such a stand up, wonderful guy to sell them cars for their 16 year old drivers. They will be safe. Guaranteed. I would just like to thank Mike for all that he has done and continues to do. He is a true inspiration. I have never met anyone quite like him and I doubt I ever will again. To be such a kind hearted, loving, generous person is truly remarkable. The fact that he isn't greedy and self centered really helps you be confident that you're buying your vehicle in the right place! 100 stars Michael! Keep it up! You're doing everything amazingly!

“To start with I was very apprehensive about buying another car because of a certain crumby dealership in Orville that I had bought a car from recently that made the process difficult and troublesome. Then I came across these wonderful people I showed up intending to trade up and get a reliable car with great mpg that I saw online the salesman Leland was fantastic he came out the door keys in hand ready to roll. We took it for a spin and fell in love with it but when it came down to talk numbers it was going to be a bit out of budget because the car I intended to trade in that wasn't even a year in my posestion had a lot of problems that not the dealer in Orville or any of the mechanics I had taken it to previously had caught. The manger was very experienced and professional inspected it himself and told me everything that would need done if I drove away in my original car and gave me his price he's willing to pay after hearing all of it I found his price to be more then fair. When that was settled we filled out the paper work for the loan I was in need of so we sent that in and not even an hour later got word that we were a go and I was approved not to mention the whole time we were waiting we had great conversation with Leland and got to know him more. When it was time to select extra insurance and other things we were sent back to another nice gentleman who was able to work the price to make sure I was able to get gap insurance and still stay in my budget for monthly payments. I plan on only dealing with them from now on for all my maintenance and future car buying. Thank you all so much.”
