Had multiple experiences with old man taking pictures of me and my friends, seems to be in his own world. He may work at the bellevue rec center so stay safe everyone.

As a bellevue resident and avid park goer i have noticed some strange behavior from those employed at the park. Which includes and is not limited to staring,explicit photography and all around weird behavior. I believe the workers name is Kip and he has made me and some other avid park goers resent visiting one of our favorite local areas.
