Always make sure you disconnect they don't like when you stay connected to a trailer onsite.
Clean trailers on the back line. (BLUE)
Dirty on the middle line next to the entrance to the facility. (BROWN)
Bobtail parking on the front side against the open field. (PURPLE)
Don't park on inbound Lane coming in on Allen Drive as it's a fire lane. (RED)
If you decide to connect to a trailer you must park on the outside exit side heading back to the road off the property. (WHITE)

I'm company driver and first time arriving at this place to get clean tank. I pull up in the area and I got met with pleasant young man. I ask and explain my first time along with asking where should I park my dirty tank at. Young man explain the location and process to tell me about the accommodations that tank wash offer: shower, driver lounge and snack machines. And driver can sleep overnight in street to stay away from others parking or picking up. There's a laundromat not far the tank wash called Slick Willy,but only drive with Bobtail it small with gas stations next to the laundromat building.

Called to see if they would wash out my food grade dry van after hauling a load of plastic recycle. Floor was a mess and stunk. They did a great job. Was quick to boot. Nice help. Thanks.
