“Needed some new O2 sensors for my 2010 f150. Went to advanced in town on Monday they told me they couldn't have them until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and were going to charge me almost $400. So I drove down to Napa they had one of the O2 sensors I needed and could get the other one by 7:30 a.m. Tuesday for almost $100 cheaper!!!!”

“I'm not even sure where to start. My gratitude and appreciation to this store and it's staff (Caleb and another gentlemen) are more than I know how to express. We were stranded 2 hours from home. My wife and 2 young kids in a vehicle that limped on it's last dying breath into their parking lot. They helped us in every way possible. This was going into the evening hours and options were limited. Caleb had the part we needed and called a mechanic customer of his who immediately came over to the store to help us. We were there a total of 3 hours and were treated like family. I'm not joking or exaggerating. They did everything they could to make us comfortable and accommodated. They offered us water, unlimited use of their restroom, let the kids run around the store, and even offered us cupcakes. They constantly checked on us, asked if we needed anything, did whatever they could to make us comfortable and help get us home. You just don't experience that kind of service anymore. We were so lucky that we ended up at this particular store and will be forever grateful.”
