I went in to upgrade a phone to another phone and not only I had to go in 3 times because was always something incorrect but they added a new number instead of upgrading mine and swapped my plan without my consent after I explicitly asked to keep the same plan. Im hoping they fix the mistake of adding an extra line but next time I will instead do it online.

This shop is scam. They won’t give you all the information. Don’t get charge for device set ups. I don’t recommend this place .If you want to switch to Verizon, you can do it by yourself.

We had issues with a line on our account for months. We spoke with several representatives and tried many different solutions to no avail. Steven at the Bellefontaine store was able to take care of our problem in a matter of minutes. He was professional, kind and very effective.

Andrew was very patient with me, even though I was impatient for no reason! He was kind and knowledgeable and gracious. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He wrapped up his business with another customer and answered all of my old lady questions LOL ?Super nice visit. This had always been my go to store and he was the nicest person I've ever dealt with at this particular store.

Terrible customer service! When we asked about an order that was placed for store pickup they told us they couldn't find it and proceeded to say "I don't know what to tell you, maybe you should call customer service." Way to help your customers out! Thanks for letting me see that TCC Verizon stores are the way to go because they helped us! Never would recommend this store!!!

Verizon is trash, they recently altered the features of their service plans to disable hotspotting unless you pay extra. Despite signing up before this, they won't restore my ability to hotspot without paying extra.Just use Spectrum mobile, they have the same network, are cheaper, and don't do their customers wrong like this.UPDATE/REPLY:Already spoke with two corporate CS, one on the phone and another via Twitter+website. Same reply from both, just extortion attempts.
