I will never come back and never recomend this place to anyone ever again my stylist asked her manager wnat volume she should use and i kept telling the stylist i like blonde highlights i get PLATINUM i now have brown hair because the manager disregarded what i wanted and did what she wanted, i spent the whole night crying and calling my regular hair stylist to see whens the soonest she can refix what thid woman did to my head it toom her 4 hours to do a max 2 hour job she left toner sand bleach STILL IN MY HAIR i had pieces in the back curl up and fall out ill just say it now her name was raven and the manager was a brunette/ ginger young woman and they where both talking ill about theyre manager, i will never come back here again, i wanted to look beautiful for easter, and my one hear anniversary with my boyfriend and instead my confidence is gone and i dont wanna look at myself

I just wanted to say that I went in to your location today in bellefontaine and I had Amazing service. I absolutely had an amazing experience with getting my hair cut. The young lady there who cut my hair and gave me a fohawk was awesome she was absolutely beautiful, very skilled in her profession, super polite made the environment so much better holding conversation and she made sure she did my hair absolutely nice looking didn’t cut corners overall I would go to her every time. :)

I got my hair butchered by a girl here today, the right side looks good it's how i asked for it to be, its right past my shoulders. Then i turned to see the left side and a chunk is completely chopped to my neck on the side. I have to wear my hair up to let it grow out now, no way to fix this.

I really wanted to give The Styling Company a good review but I wasn't given the opportunity to obtain services by them. You see, I stopped in on Wednesday at 1:30 asking for highlights and lowlights. There was one customer in a chair and 3 stylists there. I was told they couldn't do my hair because they didn't have time and two stylists would soon be leaving. I saw they had a haircut special going on for men and understood they would want to be free to turn customers quickly.I went back The next day at 11:45 and asked the same question to the same stylist. She told me no again, except this time she said. "I would not touch your hair until you go 6 months without color."If my hair was the issue, why wasn't I turned away the day before for that reason? I went to Smart Styles down the road and Jessica was more than happy to color my hair with the highlights and lowlights. In fact, the ladies there all commented that my hair was in good condition!It seems that The Styling Company doesn't want my money...and I am more than happy to give it to their competition.
