So i have purchased two vehicles from sam's within the past three years and from what i can tell you their cars are solid BUT they are used nowanother thing you have to understand that USED vehicles WILL have some issue at some pointALWAYS INSPECT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY NEGOTIATEMy first vehicle 2011 Civic LXwhen i purchased the car i knew the followingcracked windshield although it was literally a small small dent which indeed grew out and i had to get it replaced no biggie i did it myself.no acrear wheel bearings were shotrear swaybar was bent up and the linkage was missing totallyi have since paid the car off and it has hit 200k we put in all new ac components as well as front end suspension overhaul and the timing chain and water pump and this car STILL runs strong paid 5600$ i believerepair what's broken when you become aware of itmy second car 2010 Civic Si 192k 6900$Sams stated they replaced the timing chainThe moment i looked at this car i knew its previous owner didn't take care of it but long story short this car runs greati talked to the previous owner and he stated that he has the timing chain "pop off" on him twice. yeah right... its a k20 that chain was stretched or the guides were shot.anyways about a month after purchasing this about roughly 900 miles after purchase my Throw-out "pilot bearing" had started screaming at me for replacementi decided to purchase everything needed to do the job- clutch master - slave cylinder - clutch kit - and previously i had phoned sams over the issue and they were absolutely willing to help me out will getting this righti ordered the parts a week later i towed the car out to sams and i believe in just two days they had it back to me and it has not had any issues what so ever since they hardly charged me ANYTHING to do that for me any other shop would've charged me well over a 1000 to do thatfast forward 3-4 months now i have bought myself a house! yay i have a garage now!i pulled the trans and the motor to do a few awesome upgrades you know k20 goodiesi myself can verify that my clutch install and all the bolts holding the trans and the mounts in everything was good to go whoever did that job is good at what he doesand didn't lie about the timing chain being replaced + the guides i checked emhowever it doesn't matter now im putting oem honda parts back on it while the motor is outit was just refreshing to know that i was being told the truth and everything checks outMy moral of the story i will continue to buy the 8th gen civic si's that sam brings to his lot i will always have cash for them anytime i missed that blue one you guys had if i would've known i would've grabbed it tooand any other nice used vehicles he has that im interested

I took my jeep back after 2 months cause the transmission was slipping wouldn't take a chance, I would rather buy a brand new car even if I didn't have all the money.

Purchased a Vehicle from this place,been a while. Single Mom with 3 kids and going thru a Divorce. Needed to have 500 down to drive the car off the Lot. Drivers side seat belt wouldn't tighten up, passenger side seat belt wouldn't extend out. Air bag light on, was told to go and just have it reset. Took it to have it inspected to find out that the entire car had been put together in pieces after being wrecked and that the airbag light could not be reset due to faulty air bag system and tires kept deflating after getting it home to find flat tires in the morning and was told that it needed a front end alignment that never happened and the tires was shot. The Windows would not come down with their button but only by the button the drivers side and was told it was just due to the windows being cold. After a complete inspection of the car to find out it was totalled at one point left a bitter taste in my mouth. After talking to the inspector of the car and was asked where I had purchased it, it was stated he had a folder full of people like me that had been taken advantage of by the same dealer. After paying the car off and asking for its title, I kept getting the run around about him not making it to the bmv. I tried to get rid of the car to find out the title was not actually clean. It was a wrecked car.

Everything they sell there they make sure is safe and roadworthy before selling off the lot. And pay close attention when they do their detailing before sales as well.
