Purchased a fern on clearance but it rang for more money. I discovered after loading and took receipt to returns desk. Ashtyn at customer service didn't believe me so as she called several phone numbers she tuned in to a video on her phone. Someone had to come up and confirm the price as I stood for 10 minutes. I retrieved the plant from the car to prove my claim and finally got the adjustment. Ashtyn was so Bright she had to use her phone calculator to subtract $5.00 from $9.99.Terrible customer service.

Thank you, Jeremy for excellent customer service assisting our Samsung refrigerator purchase. The next day we had help from Jessica and another employee with loading. Excellent service, good value. We strongly recommend this Lowe's store.

Waited for 35 minutes in lumber and finally when I got help the associate helped me with two pieces of treated plywood. One of the pieces was kind of shattered so I asked for another piece, he got angry and threw down his clipboard and his hoodie. Grunting and moaning as he grabs another piece throwing it down.

I drove up to this location because Dublin staff would not help me with an order. Instead I drove up to this location because they had what I was looking for in stock. Every employee I came across today helped me and did not redirect to someone else. Big difference than the Dublin location.

Lowe’s - your flooring staff, specifically Mason, does an amazing job. He is knowledgeable, gets help when needed, and goes above and beyond to help customers. Huge kudos to him!

My daughter bought Mohawk Waterproof laminate flooring for entire house. 6 months later it started to buckle in the livingroom, then in kitchen and now utility room. Started the complaint. Lowes sent out the guys that installed it... of course they say it was the product- not the install. Mohawk people say it was "the cleaning " process!!! How would you clean it other than what directions say on the expensive Laminate floor cleaning product?? Sent out a third inspection team a week ago. Still no response or anyone taking responsibility for this awful install. It apparently was put in too tight to not let it expand. 1 year in now - while money is still being taken out for payment!! Totally unacceptable!! Need fixed!! Don't care who's fault it is...install or product- it needs fixed!!!!!
