I gotta admit, I WAS a BIG box grocery shopper, but recently I've decided to start shopping at Kroger and I've never looked back. Wonderful selection of fresh produce..vegetables and fruits. Everything looks clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I'm glad I made the switch!

DO NOT CHOOSE DELIVERY FROM THE KROGERS WEBSITE. We tried it today and was shorted $30 dollars worth of items. Called Kroger’s and was told it’s a 3rd party and there was nothing they could do. So we get a number to call 171 min wait time!! Kroger failed miserably on this. With everything going on and you treat your customers like this????

I went in this morning, and Caitlyn, in produce, even though she was by herself, went to the back to check and see if any spinach came on the truck for me ..hats off to her!!! I really appreciate going the extra mile in these crazy times!!! Keep up the great work!! So appreciated Thanks again...

Today was terrible. The check out lady was not good at all. She kept double scanning things. Stopping to stare at the screen. There was no one to bag my groceries. I usually do self checkout but decided I was too tired to shop and scan and bag. Guess what?? I had to bag my groceries. Last week was a disaster too. The large carts that the people use for click-it orders take up a lot of space in aisles and they are in too much of a hurry and about run over people. I have shopped Bellefontaine Kroger for over 40 but I am done!!! I like the Kroger brand, but will drive the extra miles to Marysville or Sidney before I go back to this one.

Pharmacy customer service is the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. It is as if I'm inconveniencing them to pick up rx's and run my cards! Rude & nasty!

Very disappointed in the “customer service†received by Zach who was working self checkout 6/2 at 9pm. We drove an hour from Lima to buy certain groceries we can only find at Kroger, one of which is Carbmaster milk. There was only 1 out on the shelf and I asked him if anybody could check in the back for me. He said he can't leave his area and there was literally nobody else that could help me at all....3 cashiers, 1 guy bagging groceries, 1 lady in the deli and nobody could help....ok. So rude and unprofessional. Thank you to Shannon for taking the time to check. It's very much appreciated.

Very disappointed in your store and employees. Treated us horrible all over 99 cent wipes. If your going to limit,post it. I came to your store from Kenton to buy wipes and your employees were ridiculous to us. I will not shop your store again. I'll go to another Kroger or Wal-Mart, target,Meijer but never your store again!!!! If I had the option to give you a zero I would have.

went to Kroger yesterday to get the 99 cent baby wipes, they were out. my sister called me said they had more in I asked her to put 10 the limit in her cart for me. She already had gotten her 10 and paid for them, so she put my 10 in the cart I live in Quincy had just gotten home and got her call and turned around was headed back when she tells me an old man "employee" came over ripped the cart away from them and told her she cant hold them for me. You just lost a customer. I also shared she and I's rather hateful experience on my FB page so everyone can see how your employees treat customers.

The ladies that staff and run the Kroger Deli in Bellefontaine are FANTASTIC! Genuinely friendly and give HONEST opinions on the products, deli meats & cheeses, and prepared foods they serve. Great deals can be had if you know when, where, and how to look. ?
