Kelley's Designer Loft is a very nice salon. They do eyelashes too! They do a raffle every year for the less fortunate that has many high ticket items. Yes, their raffle has goods men would desire.
Call and set up an appointment with one of the girls, you will be pleased.
Hair type: Fine thin hair. Hard to get a decent look. Plus it is thinning.
