left ER to pick up medicine. Went to window. Still had time. She shut the blind and would not help. Went inside they would not help. I am COPD GOLD. I die they will be held accountable

I pay a little more through my insurance to go to Walgreens next door because the experience is better.This store needs more employees to serve the high volume of customers.

The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. Hold ran out of time so they would pick up real quick and not saying anything and then just put me on hold again repeatedly. Was on hold for 25 minutes then called the front desk and she was was rude and not helpful. Worst pharmacy in town by far!

I tried calling to check on a prescription & was on the phone with the answering system for probably 10 minutes, & then it finally put me through to the pharmacy & the phone rang forever even till I drove to the store and it was still ringing then. They told me they don't answer the Phones when it's just 3 of them!! I'm definitely changing pharmacies!!! The worst ever!!

This pharmacy it the worst in town. Raised my prescription price to $100 when it is supposed to be $20. Now they will not answer the phone. Can only talk with a computer!

Your pharmacy hours say open till 8pm but when I show up to pick up my prescriptions that you've sent text about, at 6:00pm, the pharmacy is closed?! There was a sign saying "closed at 4:30" I guess it's time to find a pharmacy that is open at their posted hours

The front retail section of the store is the only reason I visit. The staff there are very helpful especially Suzanna who is always very pleasant.The deals on cereal and other items help me save money.

Picked up a prescription and turns out I’m allergic to it and they did not tell me. So sad need to change pharmacies. They need to check better before they give medicine out.

I typically do not leave many reviews. However, I just experienced the worst customer service experience. I called on Friday and spoke to David the Pharmacist regarding a prescription that I would be out of on Sunday. He was going to enter a request for 4 additional pills I could pick up on Saturday. Stoped by Saturday and was informed that the Pharmacy was out of the needed prescription! I gave David my cell and asked if there were any issues to please let me know. I then asked to speak to the Pharmacist that was working. Spoke with Jessica. She then checked all of the CVS locations within a 20 mile radius. What a joke and no locations had the needed prescription. I then asked what options were available. She has no suggestions! I find it hard to believe in 2023 when one needs a prescription that this represents problem solving! How many years of education does a Pharmacist receive? Apparently, these 2 missed common sense and problem solving. What a sad day.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, every experience in the last 3 years has been agonizing.45minute wait at the drive through to get my script they had hours to fill to tell me it wasn't completed.I came back 1 day later and now they have no record of the script.Read the reviews, they don't lie.
