My car windows would not work and not get them up. They had me bring my car in that afternoon and were able to get the windows up and gave me an appointment a week later and found broken wipers repairing them completely proper. Excellent job and have been in the auto repair business here in the county for over 40 years excellent work.

I live an hour away. I drove to Bellefontaine to pick something up from a store downtown, rather than having it shipped. My car started acting up and wouldn't accelerate correctly. The store owner gave me directions to Birt's. I got there about 45 minutes before closing and explained I was from out of town. They were incredibly understanding and friendly. They squeezed me in right before closing and even stayed over to fix my car and get me and my children safely back on the road. I am very grateful for their kindness in helping us. I wish I lived closer, I would use them for all of my car needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance
