Have not shopped in Big Lots before. Had a friend say to look there for a mattress. I was VERY skeptical as I've bought 2 others elsewhere & very unhappy with them. I 1st looked at Piqua, ended up taking a chance, had to pick it up from Bellefontaine. Long story, HIGHLY impressed with Joe, "Aaron", Phyllis, Shirley, as they all waited on me either on phone or at BELLEFONTAINE store. I talked to manager Joe 02/27/24 on the phone about the whole experience with mattress set. I proceeded to make sure he knew how much it meant to get such great customer service from these people. I was not near as impressed with Piqua store after going there 1st. Thank you all that was very efficient, kind & helpful! Speaks volumes to me!

I purchased a recliner from them over a year ago and still had the receipt. Well it broke once, but I was able to still use it. Then a few months later it broke again while just trying to recline on it. By then it was useless. I called them and of course they only have a year warranty. So they couldn’t help me. I would expect longer than a little over a year out of it. Big Lots sells nothing but junk. Don’t buy furniture from them. I never will again.

Stopped in today in search of outdoor decor. Pleasantly surprised to see the windchimes are an additional 25% off. I experienced amazing customer service from Shirley. She has a beautiful smile to add to her helpful, kind personality. Thank you!
