Dealing with TriLink was very easy. I did everything online or on the phone. The unit had outdoor drive-up access so was not temperature controlled but that wasn't what I was expecting or paid for. That means it was damp, but I planned for it. I have not found any evidence of bugs or rodents in the things I stored and am very happy about not having to deal with that.

Great storage units. Have been here for about 10 years now. Little pricier than most but haven’t had an issue.

I've had a storage unit here for 6or 7 years now. It's ok. I started rent was $70 now it's $123. It is contained inside a fence for the most part. Easy access if your rent is paid up. They don't plow in the winter and snow piles up fast .
EDIT to add: 2 weeks after leaving my initial review, my rent was raised $133 a month. You do not have 24-hour access as it was in the past. If you need to change any of your information on your account you now do it online which is a plus, since there isn't ever anybody there. If your unit is locked due to non-payment, I'm not sure how fast they come to take their lock off.

It is storage. Not a lot to say. Put no real issues. Everyone i have spoke to can usually help. They have changed names a couple times i started renting.
