Had a whole steer processed here. I would say a third of the vacuum sealed meat wasn't vacuumed it was just loose in the bag. I only got 1 brisket. It's my understanding each steer has 2. My cut sheet was supposed to have 4 steaks in the bags, they came with 2. The thing that set me off the most, I got 1 porterhouse steak. Evidently a whole steer only has 1 porterhouse steak? 1?

I recently started buying my meat locally to get away from all the additives, dyes & unknowns from local grocery stores. I received recommendations for a handful of different farms/sellers in the central Ohio area but most of them offered 1/4 beef and half pork minimum or individual items from a storefront. I wanted something in between those options - a larger order for cheaper price per pound than purchasing individual items, yet less than a 1/4 beef or 1/2 pork. I found Stemble's to offer some very good meat bundles that have specific cuts that suited my needs better. For example the “all steak bundle”, 12 steaks for cheaper than buying them individually and without having to purchase a 1/4 cow and have 40lbs of ground beef included, etc… it worked out great! They have the convenience of ordering your bundles online and also have other products in the store including deli, local honey, local maple syrup, candies, local seasonings, local pastas and more. In my opinion, something that’s equally as important as the quality of the product is the quality of the service and they were awesome! They answered questions, gave insights and advice, cared about you as a customer and were very genuine and all around personable. They went above and beyond for me and I’ll recommend Stemble's to anybody that I have an opportunity to. I will be back many times!

Had a cow processed here and was very impressed with the service and processing! Went in person to order so we could order our cuts . The gentleman was very helpful in understanding the cuts and ways to use to cook some of it as well. All meat was vacuumed sealed and labeled.

I had three half side of beef butchered here, getting my 4th in the next few weeks. I have had deer sticks made here also. Excellent product on the deer sticks very tasty. Everyone I gave them to liked them also. Awesome place, very friendly. Keep up the great job!

I purchased a beautiful 1/4 beef that was processed here and my cut sheet was not followed at all. None of the meat was cut correctly. Instead of soup femur bones, I received a bare uncut femur bone. For $50 more than the meat processing I had been to before I got 1/3 less meat that packaged in portions to feed 6 people rather than 2. The hamburger patties were not patties and cube steak is unidentifiable. I think your meat cutters need to go back to school.

Great pricing and the quality of the butchering is PERFECT! I love how the meat is vacume sealed!!! no paper packaging that leads to freezer burnt meat. Have used Stemble's 2x and will continue. Only place I will use to have my meat buchered.

Purchased the All Steaks bundle and Chicken bundle. All were vacuum sealed. Didn't have lamb available but said we could go through them to purchase a whole lamb and they would butcher and process for us. So will be doing that soon.
