I received a $10 gift certificate to use here and I'm glad I didn't spend all of my own money on it. I splurged and spent the extra $10 to get the best wash they offer. I only use touchless car washes because of bad experiences with regular brush washes. However, this has been the first time I was so disappointed in how clean my car WASN'T when it was done. Without even getting out of my car I knew it was no good. My windshield was nowhere near clean. It was still dirty in several areas and after it went through the dryer, which did a terrible job, it has spots all over. Hoping that they see this and make some improvements for future clients. I will be using my money elsewhere.

Will not come back. The prices have went up and quality has went way down. I paid $13 for the Express and feel robbed. After the soap trickled out, the machine made several passes where nothing happened. The “rinse” sprayers didn’t even cover my entire car and weren’t powerful enough to remove the soap. I watched it sit on the top of my car through the sunroof. And still NO countdown clock for the blowers, which are useless anyways. The only thing cleaned today was my wallet. AFTER pic for reference, could have done a better job with a garden hose. ???

Worst car wash around. The one bay leaks soap from the ceiling onto your car so it's impossible to rinse it off. Gave them another chance and went to a different bay this time and the spot free rinse left residue all over my truck as the high powered air dryer was not working so now I'm spending another $14 for a touchless car wash on Wagner off Wilmington Pike. Save your money and don't waste it at this subpar "business" as you can't get your money back if you pay with card because they use a 3rd party system and the owner does nothing to rectify the situation besides offer you another wash....if I went to a restaurant and was not happy and wanted a refund I sure would not want a gift card for the place that had lousy service

This car wash was for sale. I assume it sold because the signs are gone and it has went downhill. The automatic car wash has been closed since it sold. Stopped by yesterday and the wash bay smelled like sewage. There wasn't anything obvious to cause the smell so I can only assume the water reclamation system isn't working propery/being cleaned. Very disappointing because this has been a great car wash for 15 years or more before it sold.

10 foot clearance!! Anyone with a service van will appreciate this review. I can't always wash at home . I'm grateful that someone had the presence of mind to expand the roof on this building, all carwashes should accommodate all vehicles, just my opinion.

Great place! The vacuums are powerful enough to get my husky hair that's embedded into my seats. Most places don't have that kind of sucking power. They have very high pressure guns for washing your car. Clean place! Highly recommend!
