I would love to try some beefalo. But they won’t answer the phone, they won’t return a call when messages left on voicemail and they won’t reply to an email. My friends and I would like to reserve a share but unfortunately we can’t reserve one.

We have bought a 1/4 beefalo twice from here. The meat is so amazing! We have given some to friends and family and they have always loved it. The meat is very lean and much healthier than traditional beef with the same or better great taste.

I cannot see myself ever going to the grocery store to buy beef again. This is amazing and flavorful, tender and delicious. I don’t even see the need to go to a steak house when I got the best tasting meat in my fridge
