My pharmacy acts like a narcissist. They can never admit to being wrong, everything they do has to be okay because they're doing it, and no matter how absurd they are, I'm always overreacting. I've been buying meds here for as long as I can remember. My doctor called in a prescription today that was slightly different than what I've been using for several years. I received a text stating that they had none and that I should call in. I spoke with Nikki who told me they were out. I asked about alternatives and she refused to tell me what was in stock. As this medication has been scarce for several months now, I wanted to inform my doctor of what was available. Nikki refused to tell me. Is it too much for them to understand that I'm about to run out of a necessary medication and if I can't tell my doctor what's available it could take several days of phone calls and spitballing before we finally land on a med that's in stock? Why not tell me? Why can't I be trusted with this information? Nikki never explained any of these questions to me and when I apparently raised my voice while incredulously asking she responded saying "if you continue to raise your voice I'm going to release the call", and then she released the call immediately, and before I could reply. I called back and after waiting several minutes on hold I was asked if I wanted a call back. Joelle called and just continued to insist that I can't be trusted with the knowledge I was asking for. She asked that I stop saying it's a big secret, but it's apparently a big secret regardless of the gaslighting.Update: I called Walgreens and asked if they'd refuse to tell me what's available should they be out of a medicine and was told they would not. I transferred my prescriptions but kroger only included prescriptions that were due, and left out any that had refills remaining that weren't due, which will cause me to have to ask my doctor to call in new prescriptions for those. I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 1 because of it.

Seems to be major attitude and non willingness to help. I tried to transfer prescriptions from another Kroger to this one in Bellaire since I moved to the area. I talked with a different tech last week who had downloaded my profile and took care of transferring my prescriptions at least that is what she told me. Today I was given a blank stare by the tech as I was told my prescriptions weren't ready, but I was getting texts saying they were ready for pickup. I was given no help at the counter. I called the Bellaire locations back to let them know the prescription was filled at the old pharmacy and this needed to be filled here in Bellaire, not sure why that happened in the first place, but the girl on the phone did some things on the computer typing, no communication, then she placed me on hold, again no communication, then she hung up on me. Since this ate up most of my lunch hour I called the Kroger pharmacy in St. Clairsville and they had me fixed up in a 5 minute phone call. Go to St. Clairsville Kroger pharmacy!

Every time I have to get my prescriptions filled I am greeted with attitude and rudeness. I’m so sick of the way these women in this pharmacy treat myself and a lot of others because I’m finding out I’m not the only one. I am always nice, courteous and patient. I’m tired of being treated so badly. I will be switching pharmacies after today. I’m done and the pharmacy board should know this is going on! You all aren’t better than anyone so stop acting like you are! RUDE! Get over yourselves! No everyone is an addict but even if they are addicts you treating them badly or treating someone like they are an addict is highly unprofessional and you should reconsider your career choice ?♀️
