Had to get my bumper / reflector replaced, matched the paint perfectly! Friendly service, washed the car after they were done with it. Quick service, highly recommend.

Staff is quite lovely enough, but there is no follow-through. I have been looking for a body shop to restore my daddy's truck for years. I thought I found it until the follow-ups fell through. ?
Edit since the reply: Dawn was supposed to rework part of the estimate and call me back that following Monday. I never got a call back. I am not going to buy all the parts if I can't even get a call back about partial estimates.

A HUGE, HUGE thank you to the wonderful folks at J&L for taking on my job, let alone miraculously whipping it out in a span of just 20 days ♥ It was a true blessing after waiting around for ten months on someone else who didn't deliver. This vehicle is near and dear to my heart, and it means the world to me to see her finally fixed and looking so good. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to work with. They completed the repairs ahead of schedule and did an amazing job. Can't even tell there was damage. They also cleaned out the inside of my vehicle, which was a nice surprise.

Paint didn't come close to matching. Looks horrible! They could have at least done some blending so it wouldn't be so noticeable. Headlight was not adjusted properly. Will have to remove the front bumper cover and redo.
