Excellent store for all of your Industrial, Commercial and Residential needs. In addition to their two convenient locations (Bellaire and Cambridge), their already large diverse inventory continues to grow along with over 1,000 pieces of Equipment Rental from small homeowner tools to massive rock trucks used in the mining industry. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You will find years of experience in all corners of this business!Two thumbs up ? ?

The 2 women working behind the counter on 10-8-22 were extremely rude. Tried to make me pay for the WRONG excavator that THEY delivered. Finally had to call up a Male manager with some common sense to resolve the issues.

Do not rent equipment from them, they will accuse you of misuse when it’s returned to them. No repair was needed and it’s ICR against mine.

Do not rent from ICR. I was ripped off for an additional total of $183.00 extra after paying $772 for one week rental of equipment Takeuchi TB216. ICR claims damage from a “ roll over” that DID NOT HAPPEN and uncleanliness of the machine, because I missed mud on the top after I power washed it before they picked it up. I learned my lesson as these claims are their word against mine. My 3 phone calls to 3 different people at ICR were met with accusations of “running the equipment hard”. I’m a retired Heavy Equipment Operator for 38 years and cannot believe this company’s tactics and customer service.

They didn't deliver on time or even a call to let us know it wouldn't be there on scheduled time. We had to call the following day to find out.. We were told one price and charged another. They refuse to fix it. Definitely would not recommend.
