It was one issue after another. Emerald card rejected state income, and no matter what the issue was, they never brought me any closer to getting my money. In addition to the ten weeks I have waited (dealing with lack of communication on state and federal issues), I now have to wait 3-4 more weeks for check in mail because of an issue on their end. This happens every time almost, and i just can't recommend this place for this reason and this reason alone: if they screw up, they're not going to help you get your money any faster. You're just S.O.L. Sorry
