“I had not been in this location before. They have friendly, helpful staff. Shelves were either well stocked or being restocked. Even with customers wandering the aisles, the store was kept clean. A true gem for the company.”

“I had the pleasure of shopping at the Dollar General Store in St. Clairsville, Ohio, yesterday morning, and Judy greeted me with a smile, welcomed me, and offered assistance. I was unfamiliar with the store layout and required her help several times. Judy was stocking shelves when I arrived and helping other customers, but she was glad to help me, too. Her store was nicely stocked, clean, and well-maintained. I found three items, and Judy helped me with the rest. As I entered the checkout area, I noticed "store manager" embroidered on Judy's shirt. She asked how my day was going and if I needed anything else. Judy ensured I received the Saturday $5 off $25 Discount, smiled, thanked me, and gave me the receipt. She also wished me a good day and hoped to see me again soon. I appreciated Judy's professional mannerism and warm, friendly, welcoming attitude. I recommend Judy and the St. Clairsville Dollar General location to family and friends.”
“A very well organized store. Easy to find what you need. This location has a larger floor space than most Dollar Trees. It does have more inventory and more variety of product compared to some other Dollar Tree locations. Great parking and very easy access to & from WV State Route 2.”
“Normal dollar tree,i made sure to ask a employee if they carried a certain item and he stopped what he was doing and took me to where the product was,this particulat store is in a small maw and paw town and the workers were a little leary of me,they knew i didnt belong but on the up and up dollartree with good friendly employees convenient parking,and wheelchair friendly inside and out”
“Good prices, some okay staff, mostly great, put something down to think and forgot it, cashier asked me about it so I put it back. She said she'd watch me on the cameras. Basically accused me of stealing in the rudest way possible, even when she saw me put it back. Never happened before today. All other staff have been great. Love the store.”

“What you would probably expect from a "dollar store". I don't frequent the place, but my significant other loves to go there for crafting materials and simple needs.The store itself was clean, and the staff was friendly enough. It's not a grocery store so they don't have produce or perishable items, but as far as decorations, cheap/novelty toys, and nick-nacks, it's definitely not a bad place. Worth checking it out, whether you are trying to shop on a budget, or just want to browse. You'll almost definitely find something that you never knew you needed!”
“I had the pleasure of shopping the Dollar General Store in Martin's Ferry, Ohio this morning while I was on my way to St. Clairsville to pick up some groceries at Kroger. Tim greeted me as I entered and offered assistance. He smiled and made great eye contact. Tim checked me out at the register and made friendly conversation about the area. He was personable, considerate, and professional. I found everything I was looking for and the store was neat and organized. I would recommend Tim and this location to family and friends. “Super convenient placement. Don't have to go all the way into Saint Clairsville or Bellaire for just a few things. Store aisles tend to be crowded with freight a lot but other than that, no complaints. Staff is always friendly.”
“The dollar general store in moundsville.the last time I was there it was horrible and the manager did nothing but sit on her phone. The store didnt have anything on the self or the pegs. Couldn't find anything at all.i hope it is better now with a new manager”

“New management at the elm grove location has turned this store around… still have a lot to do to fix the mess she took over but now things are cleaned and organized on the shelves and you can find what you need and walk the isles… they’re opened when they are supposed to be also… So give them another try!!”
“I'm not sure what happened, but the store looks and operates so much better. Since it's the only store for miles it means so much to see inventory stocked, and coupons advertised. Prior to the last few months neither happened.If managers changed I can absolutely see a difference! Good job!”

“Organized, Friendly Staff. Aisles are confusing but Once you go enough, You'll be fine. Nothing is thrown around in areas where they don't belong, In the case they are.. I have literally been in an Aisle shopping , And the Manager was going through those items And 1 by 1 put them where they belong on the racks. She was Taking Pride in her Job! That's 90% the way these Employees Are!”
