Well I haven't had it real long. But was paying 45 dollars a month then they raised it to 55 dollars. I Paid mays rent but went down there today and my unit had an extra lock on it. I have a very small unit. on this email it says 41. Something a month for the small unit yet I have been charged 55 a month.

I recently started moving out of my place and needed somewhere to temporarily store some bulky items. I probably called 3 places last Sunday and Bellaire Storage was the only place that got back to me quickly. I really appreciate their service, management was helpful in getting what I needed for my furniture. The unit and lot were clean and easy to access. I definitely will use them again in the future if I ever need storage.

The owner was quick to respond to my call and even helped me with a vehicle issue. My unit was clean and I appreciated the convenient payment system. Will definitely use this facility again over the larger corporate options.

I definitely would not even give this place one star!! I only did so I could give my comment.. For the love of God DO NOT use these people or these storage units!!!! They are a joke. I lost my home due to a fire and anything I could salvage I put into one of their units in bellaire on west 23rd street. First they double charge my credit cards. Once I finally got that worked out they go and lock my unit and tell me they had 2 chargebacks on the card. Which most definitely is a lie because 2 different cards were used to pay 2 different payments. They are thiefs. The only things i have left to my name and for sum reason they want to lie and try to proceed with foreclosure when it is all paid for and all they keep doing is arguing with me that it's not paid when I have clearly shown them the credit card statements where it is paid for. So plz do not put your stuff under these people......

Stored some equipment here until i could sell. Let me rent there on short notice late at night. Super pleased. Can't recommend enough.
