Had a FedEx package scheduled for delivery to this location on a Saturday. FedEx messages me after 6pm with a delivery exception, saying "Customer not available or business closed". I thought that was strange and called. After waiting five minutes for someone to pick up, I got a guy who said, "yeah, we open". Drove down to check, and they were, despite no employees being anywhere near the FedEx desk. I assume the driver just couldn't find anyone and gave up. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

I usually drop my Fedex packages off at this location. On this occasion i was met with an employee complaining that she doesn't get a break because she had to do her job. I was told that the package was over the weight and too large, which isn't the case, it was 30lbs ( 50 is the limit) and i have brought this same size in multiple occasions. This location had totally gone downhill. If you don't want to work, quit.

Cashier unprofessional rude Not trained properly ? Inexperienced? to interact with other ins. Institutions. Was told wasn't necessary to have apt for immunizations, should ck for product availability before making blanket statement. Was told that the regular filling of a " carry over" prescription was "A favor ?" The store was very clean, parking was accessible

This was once an A1 pharmacy. But post pandemic , they close the pharmacy frequently during what should be open hrs with a hand written sign because of lack of staff for the pharmacy. It’s not improving either. I am so disappointed in this store. The entire store staff used to be so professional, it’s just continues to decline.

oof. i needed to make an emergency stop at 9:53, I get yall close at 10. i work customer service so trust me i get it, but this is the ONLY place open in the area but they were literally YELLING across the store multiple times to all the customers to hurry up and get out at 10. I'd laugh if I wasn't so appalled. like i said, I work in customer service so I get it but I would never be so rude. The older woman who checked me out seemed embarrassed by the younger workers behavior. Don't work with the public if you're not fit for it ?♀️

I know the world is short staffed, but this is ridiculous. If I could give zeros stars I would! The customer service at the pharmacy is beyond poor. I had a new eye drop prescription called in from my doctor on Thursday, giving them plenty of time to fill the script. I come to the window today and and the young girl says “your doctor has to call in and let us know something.” I said what is it I can call her and let her know. The girl then just hangs up the phone with me sitting at the window. I honked my horn and she refused to look at the window. I then called Macedonia Walgreens and they filled the script immediately. Obviously my doctor didn’t have to tell them anything. Absolutely ridiculous. This pharmacy has gone downhill fast. There are plenty of jobs available if you don’t like your job that much then find another one! I will never frequent this store again..and it’s sad because this used to be such a nice store in the neighborhood.

Took a PCR covid test here through the drive through at the pharmacy and almost a week later I still do not have any results.
