Raggedy trucks I made a reservation for one thing and I get there and they gave me another truck that was having shifting issues. It felt like the transmission was going to go out. I was not satisfied at all

Made my selection online only to arrive and find my storage unit was already in use. They are horrible after hours to reach and the online specialist can't do anything until they speak with management. Once this was addressed the next day all was promptly corrected. Meanwhile my over charge for keeping my truck was refunded and yesterday they credited my storage free for my inconvenience. I appreciate this greatly.

I would give them below zero stars if that was an option. I was on the phone for over an hour to get a rental van and had to final do the rental online. Then it went downhill from there. The first van was not drivable, the crew that came to work, I would not have wanted them to meet me at the side of the road by myself. The manager of the location promised to walk through the billing and return process of the second van. She not available at the time and has not even returned my call.Don't rent from this location, unless you want to be broken down along the road, and over charged with on one on willing to step up and help you.

Nice staff. Accommodated us returning a trailer that was too small to a larger one. Nice staff in person and on the phone. Our second time renting from them. Very convenient since they are on the same street.

The truck I rented needed to be serviced. The wheel alignment was off and I had to drive it somewhat slower than what I should have been driving. The workers were very friendly and nice (professional).

I ordered a hitch and install online and it they required I pay in advance, which I did. Then I show up and they tell me "we don't do hitch installs here." It took about 20 minutes to get my money back after they tried to send me to some place 40 miles away the next day. Ruined my Friday evening and my weekend, since my plans required the hitch.Gal at the counter was nice, (saved them a star) but the company is a hot mess.Thanks Uhaul. I'll remember ya.

I have absolutely no complaints or recommendations. Kudos to the staff at that location. They were extremely hospitable and kind. It was a seamless transaction from start to finish. Everyone in the facility was kind and welcoming . All the staff spoke to me and acknowledged me.I will continue to go there and appreciate the great customer service I received today .

Pedro helped me.out big time when I needed my 2" drop hitch flipped to a 3/4" rise for hauling my dirtbike to Pennsylvania this past weekend. I was in and out and on the road with no chains or wires dragging even with my bike loaded on my trailer. Thank you guys so much!

The original reservation was saved under a completely different name and number. this lead to so much confusion when I tried to extend. Not sure how the employee set things up but her info on prices was inaccurate as well, so I was on the phone with costumer service off and on for hours trying to not only find my reservation but also extend it. Once the reservation was extended I made a deal to bring it back 2 hours earlier than I had planned, which equaled 4 extra hours but was over charged at drop off. Then I recently noticed a week later that 2 more random transactions came out of my credit card that no one at uhaul can explain! So again on the phone with customer service for hours trying to find the original reservation because it was booked under the wrong name and number AND correct the fraud charges! A horrible experience to say the least.

Their employees don't get paid a good wage to do good work, and the result falls on the customers who are expected pick up their slack out of charity of their own time. I still have a truck key for a vehicle I returned in Feb 2023 because the staff refuse to send someone to my home to collect it or reimburse me for certified mail return. I don't care either way, I tried to give the staff the key when returning the vehicle but they didn't take it, and I was standing around the lobby for 20 mins waiting for my ride out of there, and nobody approached me to ask if I still had the key. Since it's a keyless vehicle I never had to physically interact with the key to turn the vehicle on or off, so it's easy to forget about it in the depths of my bag. I rented a work truck for a week and returned it in spotless condition, and they still had me help them do the post trip inspection. And they can't be bothered to do anything corporate doesn't force them to. If they ever want their key, I still have it, but I'm not taking any time out of my day to do their jobs for them. If they try to bill me the cost of replacing the key, I will enjoy making them regret that decision. Pro tip for customers, just keep the key in the glovebox for the entirety of your rental. Or better yet hide it in some obscure location like the cabin air filter. It will give them a challenge more difficult than TikTok has.

My husband and mother in law rented a truck over the weekend. The 1st person they delt with was just not well informed about her job. But that wasn't the issue. Upon returning the truck john lambert was very racist and rude to both my husband and mother in law. And when called out on it of course acted like a victim. Will definitely be reporting him!!!!
