Did not have the best experience, I tried to bring it in okay I need a few things However I don't like to keep bringing anything back when I know it was fine to begin with. Not to mention as soon as i rode my bike after it got fixed the whole back wheel came off while riding!! Decent people, but my experience was not the best I will not take another bike back there.

Had my new ebike checked and tuned here, got it a day early and everything's as it should be. Awesome place, no point in going to another bike shop that's going to charge 2x for the same treatment. Nice inventory too

Mike and the team took care of rebuilding a bad MTB wheel on the spot to keep me in a single day tour of every MTB trail in the Cleveland area. The service was fantastic and quality of work was the best I have ever seen.Thanks.

Best place to get a bike!!! We tested out e Brompton, because we are not very active. The proprietors took us for a test spin and it was amazing!!! They are so friendly and personable and happy to answer any questions you may have!!!
