I went in as a walk-in and only waited about 15 minutes. The woman who started my pedicure did an okay job, though the massage could’ve been better. She started my nails and then a man took over to finish my nails. He removed the rest of the gel off my nails, buffed my nails, and added a top coat to my toes. When I asked if he was going to do my nails too, he seemed a bit confused but eventually polished them to match my toes.
The staff was polite, but the overall experience felt rushed. The salon could use some sprucing up; I noticed a few flies, scratched walls, and a glass table with a table cover partially taped over it. My nails ended up looking like someone was practicing on them. Prices weren’t terrible, but I won’t be returning.
Cleanliness: Needs work.
Stylist: Take your time and don’t rush.

I have made appointments and get there and have to wait for a walk in to get service. 2pm not seen until 2:20. Late for work. Why accept appointments if you don't honor them

I went in as a walk in to get a pedicure done. I asked how much it was for one with gel polish and the lady told me $55. I asked her to clip my toenails and she barely clipped them, I had polish on my skin around my toenails, and she didn't take all the dead skin off of my feet. Once she finished she swiped my card and gave me the receipt. The next day I was notified by my bank that the charges were changed from $55 to $63. I went back up there and spoke with the guy in the first chair when you walk in on the right. When I told him that she overcharged me, he tried to act like it didn't happen. I gave him my receipt and also showed him the transaction from my bank. Once he went through his receipts and found my transaction. He then had to refund me my money. I will never go back there again.

I have to change my review 7 yrs later. Sad.
I got a gel polish CHANGE and my daughter got a gel MANI…$81 later my polish change ended up looking like it’s been three weeks in 5 days, however my daughters still looks great. Polish was applied in thin layers(2)! Husband wife duo are awesome ppl, but I won’t be returning

Was okay when I first went now it seems like they are trying to rush to get you in and out. Cuticles never get trimed, and the fill only lasts one week

Went about three weeks ago for an acrylic set. At that time was told a fill in would be less. Went back nail tech charged just as much not informing me to cut down my nails would cost more until after service - deceptive! Not to mention nail tech made excuse why there was a visible ridge in nail until I insisted it did not look right! Never again!

Walked in for a toe polish change as they were recommended by someone. The people were very nice but the service was horrible. I gave feedback about the paint being lumpy, nails not totally cover w polish etc. but it was still bad. I left and came back because I want comfortable paying for such bad service. Manager told me I should have gotten gel polish and put oil on my feet. Got them done on a Friday and by Monday ( no swimming or water sports) this is what they look like below. Very disappointing and a waste of my money. I won’t return.

I really only go here when i need my nails done in a pinch and usually they pull through for their price however this time around I am HIGHLY unsatisfied with the price for service. A month a half ago I paid $60 leaving a $20 tip to have my old set removed and a new set put on. I just had that set filled and paid $56 for said fill and to have my cuticles trimmed, a service that should be included with the fill. Their listed price for a fill is $36 and I’m confused on how i paid $20 more. I went through the same guy who did my original set and he was speechless when I pointed this out and offered to cut the cost by $4. Honestly just really disappointed to be swindled like that and when asked about the tip I was almost speechless because the tip was the $20 extra I had to pay smh

I visited last Friday, upon recommendation from a co-worker. I'm in town on a business trip for two weeks so I really needed a gel manicure and pedicure. I was greeted immediately and only had a very short wait. They have a good variety of colors. The location is clean and comfortable. The gentleman who did my nails was friendly and provided good conversation. My nails were satisfactory. I'd visit again when in town.

Very professional and friendly staff. I've tried a million shops in the area and this one has been the best quality in terms of products and services. The experience was great and the people were very nice! My nails look great!
