“On this Friday afternoon around 4:30pm I bumbled into the post office looking to ship some items internationally. I really had no clue what I was doing and kept asking the clerks for help. Ms. Lisa, in particular, was extremely patient and helpful, but also to the point with me since I ended up putting her overtime (5:20pm). It made a lot of sense; I was potentially holding something up but I'm so grateful she assisted me regardless. The other gentleman working there was great too. Thank you so much! Merry Christmas”

“My husband and I went to this USPS to mail out the passport for renewal,the lady that served us on 9/9/2023 Saturday afternoon around 1 30 pm is super helpful and friendly.She explained everything to help us understand the steps and how stamp fee is calculated, and showed it in front of us.There was a customer before us kept yelling to her about something, but the lady still helped us with smile and patient. We forgot to ask her name but she deserves a 10 star rating in professional and kindness. We didn’t expect to have great service at USPS before, this experience changed our mind.Manager if you can see this, please consider giving that lady a raise. She’s the best person I have ever met at USPS!”

“I had to come back to my review and edit a few things. I definitely like coming to this branch, however there is one BAD apple that they need to get rid if. This one person is always rude always nasty never smiles. I avoid this one person with every breath in my body. She is absolutely horrible. No customer service skills at all. She lied to me about my address change. Her not knowing that I know the post office system very well. Once again. ITS ALWAYS ONE BAD APPLE IN THE BUNCH AND SHE IS DEFINITELY THAT BAD APPLE. Definitely a great location. Staff is very pleasant and professional. This location is definitely the best location when comparing Eastside locations.

“I had the BEST encounter with a woman named Acy at the post office counter this morning. I was there to purchase a book of stamps. The way that she delivered stellar customer service was quite impressive. I stopped and told her that NOBODY is friendly at a post office counter and NOBODY at the counter has ever given me a binder of choices for a book of stamps. Her binder was organized and intentionally thoughtful. She is a keeper. Such a beautiful spirit in the 8am hour:)”
