I called for an appointment for a required recall, and Mike was able to get me in within a week. It was a positive experience from start to finish and my car also received a much needed wash.

I reached out to Motor Cars Volvo to inquire about an XC40 R-Design that they had on their lot! No response, tried again. no response! called and spoke with Michelle. Nice but told me the car had been sold this is after after they didn't respond for three days. Didn't seem to care. She did offer to help find another one; however, didn't hear from her. I found one and it just felt like I was pulling teeth to get assistance. apparently they don't care about customers. Motor Cars Volvo is not the place to buy a car! They are not responsive! Not interested in my purchasing a car from them. We wound up going to Kempthorn and had the best buying experience ever!! We purchased a beautiful XC40 and the best part was they were extremely responsive! & interested in helping us find our Volvo!!

This dealership like to make extra problems for your vehicle . Every time my husband had his car serviced at the Bedford location ..... it's always something broken or major issue on a fairly new car that's suppose to be a reliable vehicle but never own up to this behavior! They'll just charge you another astronomical bill to fix the problem!

If you have a Volvo or are considering buying one please read this warning! have owned three Volvos, two of which came from Motorcars. I currently have a 2013 Volvo s60 T5. I love these cars and have found them reliable, stress free, and fun to drive. I thought I was a Volvo Lifer!Then I got an oil change this past weekend and was told my oil level was down three quarts. If you own a Volvo or are thinking of owning one, research the oil consumption problem that is common with these cars. There is plenty of good info online. It is a significant problem and very widespread. Had I known about this, I would not have purchased this car. I am very stressed out about the time, money and frustration I may expend to fix this. In order to even hope to get this resolved, I must pay the dealer $400 for an oil consumption test. The results are then sent into Volvo. All service records must be produced, etc., etc. in other words Volvo will do everything they can to get out of taking responsibility and doing the right thing.

Great service department. Easy to schedule and reliable. They don't push unnecessary work on you. And they follow up.
