Andrew Charielle went above and beyond bringing the new 2019
MDX to me because of my busy work schedule. He even made a custom video of the vehicle with my favorite song which I loved! Motorcars and Andrew are world class customer service! I will be getting all
my vehicles here from
now on!
Update 8/1/22: IM ON MY 2nd MDX the new 2022 is gorgeous and andrew once again took care of everything! Even custom trim package! Thanks so much Andrew! What service!
Update 10/1/24: Andrew has now helped me buyout and own my MDX through acuras certified process ! Stephanie helped with the the long term acura care warranty and that gives me the piece of mind I need to enjoy this ride for a very long time!
Thanks for everything! Andrew is a class act!

We had to look in Ohio for our Acura and our goto person was the phenomenal Tracy Reese. We did everything contactless too, but we had a lot of back and forth emails between me, her, and my lender. Also, a ton of text messages too. She always made herself available and responded promptly whenever we needed her. We get our Acura MDX tomorrow. Can’t wait! Thanks, Tracy and the staff at Acura Motorcars. You are really awesome. I really appreciate the customer service!

Went for a car maintenance and came out with a new car! My lease was almost up on my previous vehicle and Andrew made the process so painless keeping me where I wanted to be in payment and whatever I wanted in the vehicle he made it happen! Tinted windows, projectors on the door, all weather tech mats, I also wanted a particular interior color they found it and got it delivered within three days! May I say more, I’m a happy customer!!!!!

Sooo I stopped at Crown Accura looking to purchase a vehicle. I felt like I wasn’t welcomed there. So I decided to drive 45 min to deal with the dealership in Bedford which is where I purchased my first Acura from and the sales lady Tracy ( which is who I dealt with before) made me feel welcomed and went over and beyond to make sure I left with what I wanted. If you see this review Tracy I want to say that I appreciate all that you did and I will go out my again to deal with you in the future.

Reason #1 To Stay With Acura … My 2022 Acura MDX was built in OHIO!! ? Acura & I helped families pay their bills, feed their kids & live another day under a warm roof! ?
I had my car in for some major repair & my awesome salesman, Andrew Chiarelli handled everything for me. He picked up my MDX, left me a much needed loner, which was awesome & returned my MDX that evening. Krysty, back in service, called me periodically to keep me up to date on what was happening with my MDX. Krysty has taken care of me on previous visits when I’ve come in for oil changes & she is a real sweetheart! The work done was amazing & all covered under my maintenance programs I had purchased. I highly suggest getting those various maintenance program’s when you get your new Ohio Built Acura! Help those families & yourself … especially now!! ? Just for the record .. we have 2 MDX’s! My son bought his 2022 first then I bought mine a month later! ?

Wonderful dealership, honest friendly salesman and mangers. Staff and technicians went the extra mile to make sure my new purchase was ready to be driven off the lot worry free. First off most of there reviews are fake, this is common now. Don’t wast your time there using pictures of cars they don’t have to get Leeds then try and sell you something else.
