Would give this place zero stars if I could. Lab is always closed. On 2 different occasions I called before I left work early and I was told they were open and when I got there they have been closed all day

Dr Arthur Boyd is by far, hands down, without a doubt the worst Dr I could ever even imagine having to deal with.He fails horribly at communication and will ghost you without a second thought if he simply does not want to communicate.I was happy to see a younger man, who was also a minority in this position and is why I chose him. Big mistake on my part. Will never even step foot inside this location or anywhere he works.

This is the worst service l have ever gotten from this hospital , poor service , no genuine care and love to patient. I have a yearly appointment for my kids which comes up automatically every 8/31/ of each year l just called today and the appointment lady told me l have to come in October but l called in June 2020 and they told me l don’t have to call they will reschedule automatically ? my kids are to go back to school next week

The atmosphere is horrible the most unprofessional people I ever seen. The receptionist that check in people were laughing at patients I'm never coming back to this ghetto environment again. The black bald man with glasses on was talking about people. Just ghetto with my anxiety I can't deal with the ignorance

Waited in the exam room for over an hour before the doctor came. Nurses were rude and the atmosphere was extremely unpleasant. Once the doctor did come in she was ok. Was not able to bring up everything I had wanted to not only because I felt rushed but I didn’t want to be there for over 3 hours for a check up.

Dirty examroom, the sink contained bloody bandages and the nurse was unsanitary when cleaning up bandages, touched facet with dirty glove, didn't clean counter or sink adequately. Just sprinkled water over sink with same dirty glove. On way out there glove to regular trash can in room, which landed on the floor and walked out with dirty bandages in container.

Decent place. Staff is pretty friendly. Only complaint is they constantly call us about rating their service.
