I had some work done at a different Mazda dealership. I was still hearing a noise and feeling some slight give in the steering that seemed to be getting worse. I called the original Mazda dealership on a Saturday and they couldn’t get to me until the following week. At first I decided to wait for that appointment. But my gut told me to call a different dealer for my car to be serviced sooner rather than later.
I called Mazda of Bedford for my very first time. Right away Nick was extremely accommodating. He took the time to hear me out and got me an appointment that very same day. Matt worked on my car and diagnosed the problem in short order – the tie rod needed repair. If I would have waited longer it’s possible it would have given out at the wrong time, resulting in an accident. Every single staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful.
Bonus: typically, my extended warranty company needs to talk to the dealer for authorization before repairs begin. They aren’t open on the weekends. Yet given the nature of this repair, I didn’t want to wait so I took a chance on having the work done and paying it all out of pocket. Thanks to the clear documentation and video by Nick and Matt: the warranty company was able to make an exception and reimburse me for the covered amount, after work was done.
My visit to Nick and the staff at Mazda of Bedford was the best car service experience I’ve had in years. Their skill, courtesy and TRULY making me feel like a valued customer in a semi-emergency was priceless to me on that day. I’m almost certain I’ll be back for regularly scheduled service … and in the likely event I purchase another Mazda, they will be my first stop.

We asked for floor mats to be included on a purchased car, got some push back but the manager approved that the car should have them. Salesman had us drive back in a week to get them only to see the he purchased the cheapest lowest quality kind from any auto supplies shop. Definitely not from the car maker. Knowing I lived almost an hour away. Not worth the fight at that point but showed poor integrity in treating people well. Especially when purchasing 26k car, and we didn’t bargain the price only asked for the mats.
Had financial things added in to final agreements that weren’t discussed. Be critical of all they’re adding in. If I didn’t need to purchase immediately due to unusual circumstances I wouldn’t have bought here based off salesman’s attitude.

My wife and I just bought 2024 cx-50 Mazda and the whole process was outstanding from our salesman Seth Calig to the finance manager Stephanie, they walked us through the whole process fast and easy highly recommend. Seth is on top of everything!

I recently purchased a new CX-30 from Mazda of Bedford, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, thanks to Tyler who assisted me throughout the entire process.
From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Tyler's care and enthusiasm was evident. He patiently listened to my needs and preferences, guiding me through the various options available and helping me find the perfect match. His knowledge of the CX-30's features and capabilities was impressive, and he answered all of my questions with clarity and confidence.
He took the time to walk me through the setup process, making sure that I understood all of the features and functions. Even when it meant going beyond his regular work hours, Tyler went the extra mile to ensure that I could drive away in my new CX-30 on time.

I have nothing but positive comments about our experience at Mazda of Bedford. Our salesman Sean was friendly and we never once felt pressured to purchase a car that day. He respected our budget and didn’t try to upsell us. We went that evening just to look and ended up purchasing one of there certified vehicles. When we picked up our vehicle on Saturday even though it was close to closing, Sean took the time to show me all the functions of the car and made sure that I was comfortable before he sent me on my way. He truly made us feel like we just made a new friend. Love my new used car……..

This was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Tyler my sales person was very attentive Polite and very easy to talk to. Very laid back and Unstressful. And they're definitely willing to work with their customers. Finance department was very open and transparent. It was a breath of fresh air. I would strongly recommend this dealership.

I was severely disappointed by the lack of respect for my business & time while I was trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
Don't get me wrong--the salesman I worked with, Teddy, was not the issue. He *suggested* I take this certain vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection, he never made me feel pressured to buy, and he was understanding and receptive to me as we chatted about needs/concerns etc.
I visited Mazda of Bedford on 4/20/2024. I arranged with Teddy that I was interested in a particular vehicle and was ready to take that car in for a pre-purchase inspection that coming Tuesday. Teddy was totally fine with this and notified his sales manager I would be coming in around 1pm on Tuesday.
So I arrive at the dealership 30 minutes early ready to go with paperwork. I then proceed to get hung out to dry by another salesman and the sales manager, who allowed a vehicle to be looked at and to have financing on it processed for another buyer--while I sat there for 1hr 45mins patiently waiting to be able to go to my inspection. The sales manager and this other salesman slipped this car out from under our noses when all I wanted to do was get an inspection that I had scheduled two entire days before these other folks showed interest in the car.
I find this lack of respect shown to myself and their own salesman Teddy, who was absolutely robbed of a good customer and a likely sale, to be infuriating and incredibly dishonest. The fact that the sales manager never even came to me and explained the situation to my face made me feel invisible, as if I were being pranked by the sales manager almost. I will not be returning; if you do decide to buy at this dealership--work with Teddy and hope that the sales manager has learned from the incredibly stupid situation he made me go through.

Poor customer service.
Two weeks ago I scheduled to have an oil change via Mazda in Bedford their website. Upon arrival as scheduled, the service manager stated that their system at times does not function properly. I was not able to be serviced today.
If you know that your website is not functional then the right thing to do is to update your website and advise customers to call the service department to schedule an appointment. It's not that difficult!
My time is valuable. They stood their offering no resolve. I have spent lots of money at this dealership. It shows that they do not value loyal customers.
I attempted to speak with the owners and of course they were not available.
I will take my cars to another dealership. MAZDA in Bedford is not the only game in town!
