I'll give two stars because the lady in the office was sweet and very nice. However I will say this place lacks communication. If someone gets ahold of you and ask you for an oil leak estimate. And they asked you how soon can you see me and then you say as soon as you drop the truck off based on the labor I'll receive.we will get you in probably the next day. So when i bring my truck down and I had my insurance agent call him to see what he needs anyways they let my trucks sit for days. I called for an update on the Friday only to find out they had not brought my truck in the bay because apparently he needed some kind of money up front which he never mentioned on the phone. I asked him why are you trying to charge for something that you haven't looked at?I asked him.And also according to him they couldn't reach my insurance agent but keep in mind that she called days ahead of that. And if you couldn't reach her and you need to some kind of money upfront ..keyword you should call the person that brought the truck in so they can get you what you need to get the ball rolling and not just let the truck sitting leaking oil. Just be upfront in general about what you need so there's no miscommunication but anyway I took my truck eight miles away and they got me in the next day and they did a proper inspection. simple. However he did call and apologize but it was already too late. I made my mind up.I took my truck to a different location up. Update. 4-5-2023. Got my truck serviced and fixed with no problem. Guess what?? The insurance called him and paid him his money. Yet he didn't charge me to bring my truck in the bay. Yet this is a common practice?? Lol. Yall just lost out on 6,000 dollars because of blatant unprofessional business practices. Keep losing customers bro

Great place, great people and service. I had just got out of the shop at Seking International in Stoney Ridge, I made it 118 miles to ironically lose my coolant hose as well as the power steering line at the same time. They got me in and out quickly and in time to fulfill a promise of going to the beach with my son for the weekend. So thankful.

Called to see if they would do a D.O.T. inspection on my truck, sounded very nice on the phone, until I told them it was for a pickup truck not a semi, they hung up on me before I could even ask if they knew anywhere to have it done. The conversation went like this...Me: Do I need to make an appointment to have a DOT inspection done?Them: No, not usually as long as you give us an hour or two notice.Me: Great, I can be there in 2 hours if that works.Them: What kind of truck is it?Me: Ram 2500Them: We only work on class 8 trucks. *click*An extra 5 seconds on the phone wouldn't have killed them. And the inspection is exactly the same for every vehicle that requires one. I get it, they are hoping for defects so they can get the work for the repair, but a tiny amount of customer service would go a long way.
