Thank God for the wonderful and kind hearts at this establishment! They truly helped my family and I way more than they had too. Our pop up tent had a broken blinker, which was a job that required time and assistance. They were willing to fit us in without notice and correct the problem efficiently before closing. It’s the thoughtfulness and willingness of Thomas and John especially that blessed my family in our endeavors. They are hard working and very polite.

Our RV sustained a broken spring while on the Turnpike. Calls to numerous RV repair facilities yielded no help due to a backlog of work. One facility recommended we give JTI a try. Trevor, the Service Manager, assured us he would fit us in as an emergency repair the next day. He not only fit us in but located the necessary parts and had the repair done by the end of the day. We highly recommend JTI.

We own a car hauler company out of state, and our trailer lost a axle a few miles away from their shop.We came in Saturday morning and they we very busy with other clients with appointments, but they made some time for us, promised to put us back on the road on Monday, built a new axle and we had a brand new trailer again!We will be stopping by for maintenance on our fleet and keep using them.Thank you JTI team!A2Z Cargo & Logistics!

Has issues with our trailer lights not working and trailer battery not charging. Jti was recommended to us as “pretty sharp guys”. We were desperate as we were traveling through on limited time. Trevor told us he was loaded up and he could maybe help us tomorrow. He had a quick look at our issue and our plight and said he would try to get it done by the arvo. And that’s what they did. Cleaned up the dodgy electrical work done by others in Utah. They knew we were on the road and did all they could to help us. Great service! Appreciate your help!

Got service on Friday @3pm. Above and beyond. We had a hub go bad on our hotshot trailer. Trevor and the girl at the desk got us back on the road in no time. They had all the parts in stock and had reasonable prices. Their service and overall attitudes were amazing. It’s hard to find these days. This is our new trailer guy for sure. Highly recommend.
