Awful. My partner brought his car in here for a code issue under warranty another location diagnosed. Jay Honda repeatedly forgot the vehicle was there, and took weeks to actually look at it. They claim to never get the codes scanned, and charged us 100s of dollars. I took it to another shop after, and they got the same diagnoses the original shop did. I took it to a different Honda dealership, and they fixed it within 24 hours, under warranty, free. Jay Honda SCAMMED us out of 100s of dollars, while keeping our vehicle in their shop, forgetting about it, for WEEKS. Go ANYWHERE ELSE for warranty needs. HORRIBLE PLACE

I stay in Buffalo this place has no communication skills at all. They still have failed to return my $2000 after I’ve been contacting them over a week. Been leaving a lot of messages been transferred so many times and spoke to so many people, but nothing has been resolved.

We had a very good experience while buying the car. The sale went quickly and recieved a good trade in value.
6 months later we realize the dealership failed to register the car for us. We informed them of the situation and they said there is nothing they can do about this and a manager will be calling us back. However in the phone call they did state that the fault fell on them for this issue. We recieved no calls from management and when we call in they will not answer our calls. They never offered to refund the registration fees or attempt to make the situation right.

Amazing service department! Stone was very nice and helpful and they got my car done earlier than expected! I also got a fun video of my car explaining what they were doing and what was needed. Absolutely amazing and fast!

Everyone I spoke to at this place was amazing. I don't live up by Bedford but I stopped in one night an hour before close on whim. Came back the next day to test drive. They had two newer used small suvs for a decent price. I saw a mighnight amethyst Hrv ex 2022 and had to have. Was super impressed with all the safety features this car has. Justin B is an amazing salesman very personable and down to earth as well as patient (it had been since 2019 that I purchased and financed a vehicle so I was a little rusty). HIGHLY recommend this place everyone down to the finance department was super friendly to me and I feel I could call if I ever have questions. Thank you for being so patient with your newer customers who aren't super familiar with the finance process!

I scheduled an appointment with sales consultant (Jordan) on 8/22/24 at 9:30 a.m. I walked into the facility at 175 Broadway and NO ONE approached me and asked how they might assist me. I stood there thinking, I guess no one thought I might be a threat with a weapon in my handbag looking to cause harm to anyone within range. I finally asked a young man, walking by, if I was in the right place and gave him the name of my sales consultant (Jordan) and informed him that I had a 9:30 appointment. He advised me that my sales consultant (Jordan) was not there that he was sick. I'm sharing this story, because my experience spoke to me that Jay Honda lacks professionalism. The thing to do, as an act of courtesy and proper business conduct, would have been to reach out to me so that I did not make an unnecessary trip. As a result of my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone nor do I ever plan to return there.

Jay Honda is fantastic if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle with non-stop callbacks. But it's a completely different story attempting to contact financial management or speak to anyone when you need help with your purchase/warranty. I've left over 10 voice messages and been hung up on numerous times. I advise anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere due to customer service!!!!

Very happy with my experience at Jay Honda in Bedford. Jordan and Eric were both friendly, patient and willing to fairly negotiate a price that worked for me for a new CR-V. Both made me feel comfortable and heard - the two qualities I look for most in car transactions. Abe in finance is a gem and helped make the process easy to understand.
4/5 only because I felt rushed at certain points of the process mixed with a few long periods left sitting by myself at the sales desk. I get that that’s sometimes the way things go, but I would have much preferred to spend 1-2 hours in there rather than 3-4.

My husband took his 2017 CRV in and had his air-condition fix, which hasn't been working for over 4 years. It was a broken seal that had to be replaced at no charge. It was under his warranty. He is so happy!!

Went into the dealership to look around with no expectation of buying that day, however, my sales associate was so friendly, patient, understanding, and attentive, that I felt comfortable making my decision to purchase. If you are interested in purchasing a Honda, ask for Blayke. It was the most pleasant experience I had buying a car and I feel 100% confident that I made the right choice.

The worst service department. A few days after taking my car in for an oil change, I found that my oil filter was falling off and my oil was WAY overfilled. Tech could not check it after they "changed" it? Service manager told me to drive it to them, and that overfilling the oil does not harm the vehicle. WHAT!? Go elsewhere for service!!!

This dealership has a horrible service department!!! Do not take your car there for anything , not even an oil change!!!!! Took my brand new Honda civic under full warranty because of some issues with the brakes and they claimed they may not be able to look at it because I bought it at a different Honda dealer and said the issue could be because of critters and continued to give me a hard time before they would even look at it.
I took my car to a Honda dealer out of state and they took care of my concerns without any problems! My daughter took her car in to jay Honda Bedford for oil change, they didn’t replace the cover, overfilled the oil and the oil filter blew off now she may be looking at possible serious damage to her motor etc.
Stay away from this place!!!!!
