The body shop is the worst.they had my car since August . now they say it won't be done until the end of October. They give you the run a round.dont answer the phone.just terrible service don't go there.

The dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. I walked in to simply test drive a vehicle and absolutely fell in love with the vehicle and the sales team. Especially Nicole. She was knowledgeable and informed about the vehicle and its specifications. She made my first time purchasing a car very easy. She helped me find a vehicle tailor made for me and my lifestyle. Super thankful for her the whole sales team help.

Wow, talk about excellent service!! David Richmond exemplifies great customer service skills every single time. He is a natural at his job!!
Merrick, did a test drive with me. He was an active listener, great company while we drove around and a problem solver. I felt comfortable with him and he reassured me that the problem would be fixed.
And lastly, my service technician, Donnell. Thank you for resolving an issue that another dealer in Medina wasn’t able to even give an update on. Also love the video updates on my vehicle.

I was looking for a different model than a Ford F150. I saw on your website information on a GMC Sierra 1500 and the price looked very appealing, I sent in an email to look at the truck and Zack responed back quickly and professionally. He set me up with Peggy on Saturday and the process was quick and painless. I felt very comfortable and was never pressured and really enjoyed the experience. Dan was helpful with the financial side of the process and I am now enjoying a new GMC after 10 years with owning a Ford and will be back again after my Lease is up to pick out another truck.

The staff is nice and polite. Coffee is outstanding, snacks are outstanding. I think all staff need a raise, and I'm being serious these guys are outstanding. Every time I come there they are on point. I get greeted by one team member then, another passes by and greet you again, talk about being on.point. you can't get no better than that. And the young lady in the Service Department she got.it going on. She is always on point. I can't remember her name but I do know she takes.care of me every time I come there. Dalton and Tariq worked with us on a purchase of an Acadia a few days ago. From our first interaction to wrapping up the deal they made the process very smooth.
