My experience at Hyundai at Bedford has always been top notch for the past 3 years thanks to Kent Neville. He is AWESOME!!! He goes above and beyond for his customers. He makes sure you are happy and satisfied. Whenever I needed help with something about my truck he was right there to help me. If you go up there ask for him and he will take care of you.

This establishment exhibits a questionable level of transparency in its dealings (very similar to a shady used car dealership). Regrettably, I found myself in a situation where I was misled for an extended period of over a month regarding a car part, which was initially included as a $450 option at the time of purchase. It necessitated numerous phone calls and text messages, with well over 15 attempts to reach the salesperson and dealership before eventually making contact with the proprietor. Thankfully, the situation was eventually resolved by the management. However, I must emphasize that conducting business with individuals of questionable integrity is ill-advised, particularly when considering a substantial investment of $30,000. For those in pursuit of a new or certified pre-owned vehicle, I earnestly recommend exploring alternative options for their automotive needs.

My most recent experience at Hyundai of Bedford was better than ever before. Nick Kearney is the best! Beyond helpful, polite but determined to get me the very best of the best. My sales consultant Kent was very patient/knowledgeable and very helpful. He listen to my needs and did all he could to sale me the SUV that I needed. He was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I'm very appreciative of him. He went above and beyond.Truely a value to the Hyundai -Bedford team.

Nick Kerney is an excellent representative at Hyundai of Bedford! I’ve done 3 car deals with him and definitely hope that he will still be there in a few years when my current lease is up! Customer service overall has been great :)

From the warm welcome from the intake person at the Service bay to the friendly and professional assistance from Service Advisor Aaron Jordan I am totally pleased with the service I received. Aaron Jordan reviewed the care my Kona would receive, answered my questions, gave me a copy of the very hospitable Welcome to Hyundai of Bedford handout and after completion of the work the Automobile Status Report, an excellent resource detailing exactly what the Multi-Point inspection entailed. I feel very valued as a customer.

Hyundai of Bedford affords it's customers all the benefits of being a big dealership without the pretension and complications. The staff is not just professional and knowledgeable, but also helpful and polite - and that goes a long way when going through the process of buying a car. We came in with an idea of what we wanted, we were shown that and a few more options, the financing was locked in quickly, I's dotted and T's crossed in the Finance office, then we were out and done. H.O.B. also has an unbelievable collection of cars - from new Hyundais to preowned sports cars and exotics. We're satisfied, and I bet you will be too!

Our journey started with Hyundai of Bedford in Bedford, Ohio. Meantime we had go different dealerships. Very stressful. We keep on praying that we find a car. Then our journey ended back Bedford of Hyundai. I am so grateful that Ryan helped us find a car for my son's first car. In fall my son going to Kent State university in Salmen Ohio. My husband and I got our car almost a year and a half ago. Here are all the things that they did wrong1-we wanted a hybrid but we were convinced that a hybrid would be too expensive to buy and will take too long to come2-we were told our car was brand new but when we got home we realised it was given 500 miles! they should have told us that, however I admit that it was our fault partly for not checking (we just trusted them blindly)3-they charged so much extra money on the car as “on”4-they promised us a winter package on our car that we have been waiting for a year and a half now5-they forced us to finance from a bank of their liking (even though we were pre approved for a low rate from our primary bank) and said we can’t refinance for three months or the bank was fine us. They gave us a very higher rate! That was WRONG. The bank said we can refinance whenever we wanted. Then they wouldn’t give us the paper work we needed to refinance! The women who work in that department are rude and unprofessional plus hard to get a hold off.Their managers are great at sweet talk and fooling people. Beware!!!Plus their servicing for the car is poor.They also are not the same people after you have bought the car. Every time we go their to complain they just tell us they will fix things but they never do.

We had a great experience upgrading from a 2019 Tucson to a 2023! Evan and Steve were super friendly, professional and made me feel like my needs and wants in the purchasing process and specs on the vehicle were heard and understood. They made the experience fun, easy and straightforward in a fair and honest way for both parties. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this Dealership. Don’t be swayed by their words or false information that they provide you. I was holding off on writing this review but after a handful of calls to the dealership & being forwarded directly to voicemails with no calls back…for over a week, I don’t want anyone else to experience what I experienced. I always believe the best in people and i walked in thinking they would truly have my best interest and I could have not been more wrong. I knew I made a mistake by letting them know this was the first time ever buying a car on my own….they ate that up. Walking in I knew who I wanted to go through for my loan. Salesman insisted he could get a lower rate through their lender. When he came back with my monthly payment/rates, the rates from them were much higher and my monthly payment with them was higher by almost $100.00. I stated I wanted to go through my own… shortly after I stated that another guy comes over and said it would REALLY REALLY HELP them out if I went through their bank. He stated all I would have to do is make one payment at the higher rate/payment with them and then go refinance my loan in one month. He stated it would be a super simple and easy process as long as I waited to make that first payment with them. That was a mistake. Then when I was signing paperwork before I made my way to the finance department Nelson told me 4 different warranties that transferred over to me since the car only had 18k miles on it. That included their 100k mile or 10 year warranty on everything. I signed the paperwork and when I went to finance the lady informed me that Nelson was wrong and only 1 warranty transfers over which was the 5yr/60k bumper to bumper. Even though I signed those papers stating they all transferred over, she said it didn’t matter & she’ll just let him know that those warranties don’t transfer. This resulted in me paying about $89 more a month for the extended warranty. I have called to cancel my warranty multiple times with NO calls back. They ignore and just forward my calls. Laura in finance is extremely disrespectful. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM.
