I called for service. I had been waiting for AAA for 2 1/2 hours. The young lady asked me for my location I gave it to her. She told me she had a driver in the area. Before I hung up the phone with her, the tow truck was in back of my vehicle, I was there with my child of 10 months old. I was so happy that they came.Service: Car towing

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told my truck would be picked up by 230pm. It didn’t get picked up until 930pm. Every time I called about it they told me the driver was on his way. This was on a Friday. Now the collision shop is closed so they took my truck to their storage for the weekend. I call Monday morning and ask about my truck and they tell me it’s on its way to the shop. 3hrs later my truck still isn’t there. I call back and get a snotty attitude. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!Service: Car towing

Staff and drivers are always friendly and very patient when setting up a tow via phone. I'm already stressed out by needing a tow so these qualities are highly important in a towing business.

Price for a 20 mile tow was absolutely absurd. Took over 8.5 hours to complete. They claim to not see the vehicle on the side of the highway and never called to communicate this but rather, sent the driver to another job. Do not recommend as the high prices do not reflect quality service, professionalism, or timely completion. Horrible.Service: Car towing

I want to give them 0 star. Car down on highway lady told me 35 minute but nobody shows in 2 hours. Finally refuse to pick up phone. If u choose them you chasing after funny don’t waste you time!!!
