We have had Guardian since we first purchased this home in 2019. I have to say that it is a service that I never question if in an emergency. Their callback time when you have an alarm is extremely fast. I burnt our dinner sad to say as our oven continues to give us issues but Guardian saved the day with a free pizza sent to our door. Not only are they on top of the monitoring but they also came through with dinner when ours was burnt. Thank you Guardian for always protecting our home. ?❤️✨

Never had a security system installed but after purchasing our first home it was a necessity. The tech was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and diligent in setting up service from installation to explaining how everything worked. Answered all my questions and I felt safer knowing it's there. THANK YOU!!

My wife went out to dinner tonight. So that left me cooking. This did not go well as I burnt my food and set off the alarm. Guardian called me and asked me the reason for the smoke and I told him why. Few minutes later I got a second call from Guardian from a manager who said that he had ordered me pizza and that it was on his way. Thank you guardian. Very cool!

Guardian is first rate and professional. I dropped ADT because of poor customer service. Guardians two installers worked smoothly and professionally installing our new system including 4 cameras. They showed up on time and were thorough and patient with us in explaining the new security system which is simple to use. Their prices were better than ADT. We could not be happier. Our representative Bob Till was incredible in meeting with us and assisting us in explaining the equipment and our options.

I have been a customer with Guardian Protection for almost 20 years and am extremely pleased with their security products. Their security systems are always up to date with the latest technology and is available for purchase or trade in when upgrades need to be made to existing equipment. Also, the customer service provided by their representatives is over the top! For example, a Mother's Day 2023 cooking snafu resulted in greasy smelling smoke filling up in my kitchen; ultimately causing my Guardian controlled smoke alarm to activate. Guardian monitoring quickly followed up checking to make sure everything was okay; even going so far as to have pizza delivered to me and my family to help salvage some of the food that was ruined! I was completely floored and was totally caught off guard with the tremendous generosity and outpouring of kindness showed by the Guardian representative(s) I spoke with. With great products and continued over the top service provided like this, I will indeed remain a Guardian customer! Thank you again!

Guardian Protection is the epitome of customer service. Even in the most unexpected situations, they are there to help. In my case, when I burned my lamb chops and set off my alarm, they didn't hesitate to offer me a pizza just so I would still have something to eat! It's this kind of thoughtfulness that sets them apart from other alarm companies and makes them a top notch choice. You didn't have to but thanks for making my day.
