Paid lumper
Got paperwork at 10:30 am
EVERYBODY WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY!!
Backing was fine if you know what you're doing.

You must enter via Hist Ave. As you turn the corner into the warehouse, you will notice several parking spaces on the right. Back into one and check in at the guard shack. You may arrive as early as you please, and they will let you park overnight. They will call you when they're ready to unload you. They may call you before your appointment time but will not guarantee that. They use Capstone for lumpers. You must pay electronically--no checks. Once you have paid the lumpers, you can get your bills. Then you must leave their property. The neighbors don't want you to park on their property either, but you can park on the shoulder of Hist Ave for awhile.

Overnight parking, usually unloaded pretty quickly, usually. I was asked to move from my door before I received my paperwork. The guard wrote down the wrong phone number is the reason I wasn't informed about lumper fee and paperwork. Not bad maneuver room, doors are somewhat close. Watch out for their drivers, cuz they don't watch out for you.

Antonio (receiver) today 05/29/24 working on Door # 40(7am) , was the worst person that I've dealt here with , in 3-4 years.
He would go to bathroom every 20 mins or so and won't come back for 30 mins, would talk to every single person passing by in the warehouse for soo long. When I asked him politely to please finish receive my product he started showing me attitude.
Hopefully receiving management takes some action so he won't treat any other driver this way.

This place is very slow to unload. I got here 7:30am its now 1pm I only had 6 skids for them. Now im late on my other deliveries.

Come 830am wait 30 minutes at the line to the guard and guard told me u late your apt 830. It's bull sheet.We pull u to work inn.Are u guys seriously?TRUCK DRIVERS PLEASE DON'T COME HERE U LOST YOUR DAYS HERE WITH THIS STUPID PEOPLES.

The place wasn't bad , only thing I see wrong is the lady in receiving office was very rude and it takes forever to get your paperwork after you're unloaded, capstone was pleasant and will work with you

Appt 12:30, arrived at 10:50. Immediately put me in door. Unload in 20 mins. Paperwork 15 mins. From arriving to finish 1 hour 10 mins. Nice people. Backing in dock, (not bad at all,) then walk to receiving, door 125, then lumper desk.
