I went to Ganley Subaru of Bedford. This is my first Subaru and i absolutely love this vehicle. Not to mention the Team at Subaru were fantastic. Everyone at the Dealership was extremely helpful and kind. I cannot speak enough for my Sales man "Micheal Sayre" who made my experience so great that I will not go to another dealer. Thank you All I appreciate you!

I’ve dealt with my fair share of service departments, from the absolute best to the absolute worst, so I know when someone’s truly good at what they do. At Subaru of Bedford, my service advisor John Scott was a standout. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, getting me in and out quickly without any fuss. His knowledge and straightforward approach made the whole process easy, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he cares about providing quality service. I’ll definitely be back and recommend John and the Subaru of Bedford team to anyone looking for reliable and top-tier service!

It was really nice, the dealership was very welcoming and the dealer Gabe was great to have. He was patient and knew what he was talking about. Gave us multiple options to choose. Really saw us as human beings and not just a quick buck.Recommend looking out for him 5 star customer service! It also comfortable to be in the area very nice and clean.

They always treat you right at the Ganley Bedford Subaru service department. We’ve been going there for years. It’s top notch service and quality customer care. I was in and out quickly for my 24,000 mile service.

Mike Bryson is the best!!! We buy all of our cars from him and will continue to do so. He is the nicest and always makes us feel comfortable. He has helped my whole family find cars and just gave us another great deal for two of our cars. Highly recommend working with him!

Mike Bryson at Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford was incredible! He's a wonderful gentleman who made my husband and I feel so comfortable and at ease with trading in and buying a new car. He was recommended to us by friends who have been his repeat customer for years! He explained everything in detail that was really easy for us to understand. He took time with us going over everything and doing is best to get us exactly what we were looking for in a family car. Everyone at Ken Galney Subaru Bedford was so nice and straight forward with us. I didn't feel like I was at a car dealership trying to haggle or negotiate. I felt like they were my friends and all they wanted was to help us get our "forever" car. We are so incredibly happy with our purchase of the 2025 Subaru Forester Sport! Gabe Byrd was amazing!!! My husband and I were trading in our 2021 Chevy Trailblazer because we wanted the advanced safety features of the Subaru Crosstrek. He worked with us for five hours straight to ensure that we have the best deal. The other members of his team were also a pleasure. They were welcoming, supportive, informative and made it a point to work with us and our budget. Highly recommend this place and highly recommend Gabe Byrd.

Ken Mackel is an exceptional representative of Subaru. I have purchased 7 Subarus from him in 15 years and he is "my" car guy. I trust him completely and cannot imagine working with anyone else. He is straightforward, fun, and always gets me a great deal. He's the best!

No issues with the personnel. they kept me up to date but could not solve the problem of the radio/CD player not functioning. Recommendation was a new radio/CD system at a very expensive price. Seems to be a more generalized problem (based on internet comments) than I thought with some recalls pending. Wasn't told about this during the appt..

The associates in the service department are knowledgeable and efficient. They listen carefully to the customers, get us checked in and get our vehicles moved to the mechanics quickly. They keep us posted as repairs are done and let us know if additional problems arrise. The waiting area is a big plus. Comfortable seating, refreshments, areas for computer work make the waiting pleasant and productive. It is a safe, clean and comfortable area next to the showrooms so one can take a look at new models. There is always a person available to talk about new models.
