Driver was 30 mins late which made us 30 mins late for the appointment… dropped us off at the wrong clinic which made us even more late…. Very ghetto and unprofessional.

Comfort & Caring operates true to its name. Very responsive, timely and flexible. Plus Nate goes the extra mile to make sure the client accesses the van safely, has a comfortable ride and gets to the appointment on time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use for future wheelchair transport needs.
