I was interested in having some custom work done, I knew it was going to take some time so I called in advance to make sure Larry would have time to spend with me. The young lady assured me he did. I drove 35 minutes to get there and I wasn’t even in the door when he told me he didn’t have time! I started to tell him I had called in advance, he told me to have a nice day!!
I told h I was surprised he would tun away business! Again, he told me have a nice day! It was a job worth several thousand dollars… I guess he doesn’t want my business! As a result I will not be retuning.

Larry is honest, trustworthy and an all around sweet guy. His prices can't be best. I won't go to anyone else. I live in Fairview Park and he's worth the trip to Bedford

We came to CJE for our Wedding rings, custom pearl earrings, and bracelet repair! We really enjoyed getting to know the owners, checking out the unique items for sale, and saying hello to the pup!

So I simply went to this place to get my watches resized. It's snowing & freezing out when I approached the door with my child, during regular business hours. The weird al lookin owner comes up & cracks the door and ask what I want. I tell him " I need my watches resized". He says through the Crack "not today come back tomorrow." Didn't even let me walk into the establishment while its actively snowing. First red flag but that's fine. I come back and the owner is busy assisting the only other customer so I go to the guy at the counter and ask, " Hey can I get these sized?" The guy says "sure" & starts looking at my watches. The owner finishes with the lady & walks up to me and goes "we can't do this today, come back tomorrow." I say "You just turned me away & said that the other day." Weird al then proceeds to grab all my watches & try to shove them back in the wrong box aggressively af for no reason. Reapeating "Yea we jus can't today too busy" with literally no body there but me. Just because you say I'm not tryna be rude 5x doesn't make your actions any less rude. I feel like he didn't want to do it because it's not much for him to profit from. People like this only got that smiling face when you selling them your last or buying from them. What I was asking wasn't enough profit for his time so he was unnecessarily rude af. I'd never spend a dime with the leech.

I'd give more stars if I could. I always love coming in to see Larry. He's been the only jeweler my family goes to for everything ever since I can remember. He's a great guy, super knowledgable, and genuinely wants to help find something special. Picked up a Larry-designed necklace today, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you always!

This is actually my second time going here. Both times, I've been trying to sell a ring that I acquired. They didn't buy a ring from me. They kind of made me think they thought the rings were stolen or "hot". I was never given any explanation, just that he wasn't interested. They do have a pretty decent selection of items, nothing really big or super fancy. They may have more options, but I've never been treated like a customer in this establishment.
