This location is the closest to my house have not been here in a couple months for the fact that I can't buy tobacco or alcohol products without them wanting to scan the back of my ID in the state of Ohio the law is to provide a valid ID that can be clearly seen the teller says it does not do anything but see your birthday all of a sudden their IT technicians and National Security Experts not in the state of Ohio law requires to scan ID..violating rights and wasting my time after getting coffee and then the whole sale goes down the drain and I have to go somewhere else

I had a little $15 winning scratch ticket and went there to cash it... I watched the guy legit scan my ticket, then proceeded to act like he didn't. He then scanned it again and said he couldn't pay it out because it was already paid out... They basically stole the $15 that I won... Unfortunately, I've got no way to prove it, so there's nothing I can do about it, other than never going back there again and leaving this review to warn others

Has restroom, single person use and you more often than not have to ask for the key. They also have paper towels to dry one’s hands, as well as an air dryer.

Why does it say they’re 24hr. That’s my main problem I needed to go to the store after I got off work and they weren’t open. Not even a opening shift person. Change your business hours online if you aren’t going to be open at the hours you all state

Worst establishment I've ever been too, if I could give negative stars I would because this place doesn't deserve anything more. Over heard employee telling his friend that he closes early and invites friends up to hang out so the cameras see that it looks like they are still open.and I also contacted corporate to inform them of the other things I heard the employee telling his friends about the alarming and disgusting things that go on at this establishment. This used to be a nice place to go when it was ran by the management before the pandemic but now the new employees and management have ran it into the ground. SO SAD and SHOCKED on how disgusting people can be! I really hope they catch this employee in the act of some of the things I heard this employee telling his friend because he NEEDS to be fired and doesn't deserve to work in any job especially one that involves him having interaction with customers!!

Place is disgusting trash cans over flowing out side trash all over the lot nothing is stocked and employees sit an chat on there phones I used to come here everyday now this place is a dump an nothing here sunoco has my business now

I used the restroom and no paper towels and the blower not working I ask one of the employees for help it was stated thats not my problem I called the manager and she stated that someone must of stole it I called corp and this. is the cherry on the cake they dont care how the customers are treated blame it on covic its my opinion that eveverybody from corp to the district and managers need retraining and the CEO needs to be fired

Selling expired milk and food. Not ordering product to restock shelves. I bought an expired chocolate milk because I was in a hurry to go to work and all of them were expired and needed something to drink. They're out of Fairlife Organic Milk. They haven't reordered that. Shelves have bare spots no breakfast sandwiches ready for morning rush to work none at 6am none at 7:00am. Seems no one's interested in doing their jobs correctly or just don't care. I'm going to start going somewhere else for my morning breakfast because this circle k has nothing to offer in the morning before work.BTW: some of the reviews are fake you can tell because normal people don't speak like that. I guarantee you this is a real review. I'm not friends or family of the store writing a review. Don't count on this Circle K ever cleaning up their act soon as it looks like the previous reviews tell the story of the decline of this store location on Rockside Rd.

Not sure what has happened to this location. The cashier on Saturday evenings closes and locks the store, if you see her she will say the computers are down, other times she just locks the doors with (I'm assuming) her friends inside. The other day she closed at 725pm. It's unfortunate that one or two lazy bad employees will take this location down to a point of no return.
