Unprofessional, unorganized people that work here and don’t care how they talk or react when inquiring about your child. I’ve been doing the same things for 6+ months, luckily there’s a camera for parents to see their children while away. If it wasn’t for cameras, you’d be going by what people tell you who are on their phones, running their mouths.They do what they want to other kids but if it was their kids they’d have a problem. If you want to deal with unprofessionalism. Sign your child up!Half of these people claim to have degrees and yet, don’t even know simple things. Taking my son out and he will be on to better opportunities than this.

I reached out to this place as i was looking for childcare for my soon to be three year old but this isn't the right fit for me or my child. As it turned out I felt I was asking too many questions to the head of the school and it was a bother. If you can't answer my questions why should I enroll my child at your institution?

My 3 children have been attending Childtime for over a year now and we absolutely love this place! Ms. Marie and Ms. Abby do a phenomenal job running this center and each and every staff member truly loves and cares for the children and it shows. My youngest daughter started there when she was just a few months old and has transitioned through each of the classrooms and we have had great experiences at each step of the way. My two oldest absolutely love their teachers and genuinely enjoys going to daycare each day. They have tons of friends and they learn so much everyday. I would definitely recommend this facility to any and everyone, we love this place!

Me and my family are so in love with this school! Thestaff goes above and beyond to make sure my child istaken care. It's not only a place I trust sending mychild to but it's also a place my child is excited to goto everyday! All the staff from the teachers, director and assistant director are all exceptional!!

All 3 of my nuggets attends and they absolutely love it! The staff is nothing short of amazing! One thing I’m huge on is my children learning, they NEVER disappoint! If you know kids you know they LOVE to talk lol so trust me when I say I get an earful of everything they learn. But, they always implement fun! If you’re looking for a place for your children to grow this is definitely the place to be!

My daughter has been going there since she was 1 she is 3 now. She is thriving beautifully and I know the teachers at childtime are to thank. I would definitely recommend them for your child care

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! They truly go out of their way to make sure the children that come to them are in the best care possible. Marie especially is an absolute dream!!

They have barely any toys in the toddler room for the kids to play with. Having cameras is nice but kids that young get bored quick. They need something to do, pretend play, activities... something. There were NO toys in the whole room, no arts and crafts, no paintings on the wall... nothing. One kid looked like he was fighting back tears when he saw me and my son walk in the room. He probably wanted to go home! The nicest thing about this daycare is the cameras and the playground. That's it...

My experience with bedford childtime was poor. As well as being an unprofessional daycare, in my opinion. Some of the staff seem to not to want to do their jobs. They seem to want to get a paycheck for nothing. I was called from work to pick up my child. They claimed had a fever. I get to the daycare, my childwas up and alert. Like all the other kids. No sign of sickness like they claimed. I asked to have the temperature taken again. It came back no fever. My child never had a fever. My point of it all is they seem to just want to get rid of kids, so they can have less work, and hopefully get a chance to leave work due to there not being enough kids to take care of. I was very disappointed and upset with Childtime Bedford service. This incident cost me a loss of time at work, all for nothing. I have no problem picking my child up, when its Valid. As well as understand not wanting to get other children sick. They need to hire staff who actually want to work, and take care of kids.

I love, love, love this center!!! I wouldn't have my babies go anywhere else. I love how proactive they are especially when you bring stuff to their attention. When I go to pickup my little ones, they're always happy and smiling. I love everyone there, the director Lauren is the BOMB!!! She's the freaky best that could ever run that place!! Shout out to Monique, Lisa, Destiny, Tahany, Jamie, Tasha and of course one of the OG's Ms. Collins, and Candace! If you're looking for a center to enroll your children this is the place to go.

Awful Daycare!. My daughter did not like the toddler teacher AT ALL (Lisa) she would be scared every time I dropped her off even after weeks of already being there, she would always state Lisa won’t stop messing with her.The infant Teachers were AWESOME! I feel sooooo bad for them because they actually LOVE the children just not the facility they work at, hope they find something new real soon. They have these young girls that have NOOOOO children working in the toddler room that have nooooo patience AT ALL! They say they were a learning center but all they did was yell at the kids all day to sit down. Never received any paintings that my child has done. The police had been called numerous of times do to the school aged kids acting very wild. Definitely not a safe facility at all and VERY GHETTO! I don’t recommend any parent to send their children here. Also I get an email from the director saying my two children were not allowed back because of something a staff said to her. The Director NEVER talked to me about ANYTHING! what the issue was or even asked if there was an issue so I assume that the teachers must be a FAMILY MEMBER! Just very unprofessional.
