The guys at Bedford Auto Repair were very friendly and helpful! The service was fast and affordable and they were up front and honest about everything, no beating around the bush or trying to scam you out of money. I will be bringing my car to them for future repairs!

I absolutely appreciated my services @Bedford Auto Repair.While there I received an education regarding different levels of services. I also received a personalized experience from the Manager. My visit also was very timely. I had previously not received such a welcoming from another service garage. This will definitely be my go to from this point forward. I was extremely pleased with the service and customer experience that I received at Bedford Auto Repair. They were reasonably priced (best out of 4 estimates), repair time was quick and accommodated my circumstances. They really took the time to explain everything to me which is very much appreciated! I recommend them to anyone looking for great, knowledgeable auto service and customer experience.

Today was My first time ever going to Bedford auto repairs. I went there for brakes and rotors. When I say there nice, polite, respectful and honest. Communicate everything with you. Help with your service bill. They are 100% reliable I trust them with any work on my car. I will be bck I don’t care if it’s just the flat. They have my service. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mo explained in detail the possible issue with my mom's car.
Tested her car and always he was spot on.
Picked her car up in a couple of hours.
Her car is running well.

When my engine unexpectedly overheated on the highway, Bedford Auto Repair was the closest open repair shop. I really lucked out! They took me in, completed the repair quickly on the same day, and charged a fair price. Mo was friendly and great to work with. My car made it back to Columbus and now drives with no issues. I’d highly recommend this shop!

Needed spark plugs replaced in my 2016 Chevy Impala. I checked several placed and prices were ridiculous. BAR was by far the least expensive and was able to do it at any time. I spoke with Mo, he was very kind and professional. I dropped my car off before work and picked it up the same day. I am glad I found a place to help maintain my car so I can keep it longer. Thank you so much!

Soon after moving to Bedford, I started noticing a vibration in my steering wheel. Based on prior experience, I knew that could mean a major problem with my wheels and that I needed to find a capable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic.
